Incredible hotel and staff is amazing!

Ambiance

We love the relaxed, boutique-classy experience of well appointed rooms (little tight) but worthy and super comphy beds and pillows. All while enjoying views of the St. Tropez bay from several of the rooms, pool and outdoor dining. Truly a unique experience for those who prefer intimate settings.

They don’t have “loner” voltage converters.

Not walkable to town in the summer heat. Required an uber there and back!

Amazing breakfast!

Room could have been cleaner. Baseboards very bad.Shower….water went everywhere. AC unit problem. Got corrected last night but was uncomfortable till then!

It was about 2 miles from Saint Tropez city center but was easy to Uber. The suite was perfect for the 4 of us! We did wish we had one more bathroom but knew that it was one full bath with two bedrooms. Beautiful property and the breakfast was amazing!

Excellent hotel with super staff and lovely pool area.

It’s about a forty minute walk to the centre of Saint Tropez which may put some people off. However Ubers are available and there is plenty of parking in town.

Breakfast was excellent Decore was very nice,a lovely fragrance everytime you walked into your room.Excellent bedding,nice staff.View from the balcony of our room.

Unfortunately, the stairs were difficult for my wife to the room and they really need an iron handrail.(antique)Lack of sun loungers as we do not like the double bed style.Broken tile around the pool.

The location and view of the hotel are special. Makes you never want to leave the hotel.

Did not enjoy the bathroom from the hotel room, the toilet was too high, and the bathroom had no privacy. people could see the toilet through the window.

Location was okay.

Very loud, thin walls not what it looks like on the pictures got woken up by fire alarm one morning! No apologise from the hotel.. very loud drunk guests in the pool!!

Loved the intimate pool and grounds, hotel very charming

It was quaint and nice, perhaps a little old but that’s part of the experience. We had room 6 in the tower with a view of the ocean, it was very special. Would have preferred breakfast included.

Dinner

Very friendly, welcoming staff. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and departure. We also benefitted from accessing our room early. Free parking.Location is just outside of St Tropez centre. Flat, paved and well lit walkway. It’s roughly 40mins if you choose not to drive. Convenient enough if you don’t mind. Otherwise parking in the centre isn’t costly- just busy!

- Dampness. Our room was damp- avoid room 5! You’ll know you have it as you will be in the basement (dungeon?) room of the turret. The room was damp (watermarks on wall also), smelled damp and felt damp. Really very unpleasant. We were only staying for one night but still one too many in that room.- Bathroom was part of the bedroom. No partition. This is kind of okay. What is not okay is for a four star hotel to not have a hook for the shower head. We had to shower by hosing ourselves. Inconvenient and just a basic no.- General ambiance of the hotel felt tired. Soft furnishings have not aged well. Needs a freshen up. Not sure how it’s hitting four stars or 9.1 rating. If you really want that head to La Bastide des Salins (& it’s free shuttle service) in St Tropez or Le Mirage further along the coast.

Just a tad further out from the port than i thought but we had a car and parking in town was no problem .

Hard to find it you come at night since the roads in that neighborhood are very dark.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of options. Everything was fresh. Pool was great, views were exceptional. Very accomodating when we arrived with a large family group & only two of us staying

Having to leave!

The property is very nice, very easy access to the rooms and you can park your car just a minute walk away from the room which is comfortable. The sea view is beautiful and the room is spacious. Comfy beds and good service.The value for money is perfect. Great Hotel.

Breakfast had a lot of dessert options (over 10 kinds of cake) which isn't bad truthfully but would've liked more healthy options and maybe more breakfast options. It's a very nice property just not the most luxurious. Not the closest to the centre a car is recommended.
