    Cons -

    • It would help to be a little bit better about cleaning
    • Thin walls on rooms could hear next doors conversations clearly
    • The rooms were very cozy, well decorated with a lovely terrace, though it was too cold to enjoy it . They were nicely warm , a nice changed from the common areas which were frigid. They offered with all amenities except for tissues. The beds were very comfortable with good lighting.

The breakfast area must be wonderful in summer, but at this season it was frigid, we had to go back to our rooms to put on our heavy winter coats in order to have breakfast and our hot drinks would get cold in no time.

Great location. Nice pools. Hotel was of average / ok quality . Quiet.

Shower heads in bathrooms poor, no lunch/dinner restaurant. not good value for the breakfast buffet better to go to town for your 30 euros. Otherwise ok.

The hotel/villa was beautiful. The swimming pool and hydro-pool made the cost worth every penny. The location was perfect for getting to Pampellone Beach and the Port. (10-15 minutes in an Uber).

The breakfast was quite limited and poor. Although coffee was incredible. I need to learn French to next time as the staff couldn't understand my English.

The jacuzzi area is the best part of the hotel.

The rooms are tired, shower screen missing and screw hols there, toilet has no extraction so every time you use the room stinks, carpet all cut and torn, locks on doors don’t work properly and couldn’t get in and it took staff a while to help. Pillows are terrible quality and thin. The walls has several patch jobs of paint which stood out like a sore thumb, pool was dirty on day of arrival and skimmers weren’t working so the whole surface was dirty. Check out day weds it was more clear. Reception staff are lovely but bar staff are the opposite. Have to wait about 20 mins to get served and never a service with a smile. The room wasn’t hoovered and my partner found cut toe nails on the floor. For the price of this property I felt a little robbed. Rooms need serious renovation and decent bedding. Pool are is fine staff just need to have some customer service training. Paid for a massage and the ladies fingernails were so sharp when she was massaging me I ended up with red scratches on my skin. A lot of potential but I was say this is more 3 star service, 2 star sleep and 4 star pool, hot tub if cleaned regularly.

There are insects in the room and dust in the room's carpet The towel is dirty and smells very bad and the electrical plug does not work. The pictures of the hotel look great on the site, but the truth is different and there is no credibility. I made a reservation through the Booking.com website approximately two hours before logging in. Upon arrival, I was shocked. I tried to cancel the reservation from the receptionist, but the employee He refused and said that the reservation was made through the Booking company. Contact them in the event of cancellation. After communicating with Booking and calling for about an hour on the line without any benefit, the employee of the Booking company said that in communicating with the hotel it was a very bad situation, each of them shifting the responsibility towards the other from the Booking.com company. How much are they supposed to do? There is a quick solution. I always used the Booking website. There is no credibility or integrity. My reservation was refused to be cancelled Which forced me to stay in the hotel indirectly by refusing to cancel My reservation was made, knowing that the hotel violated the required standards and did not adhere to the standards of cleanliness and credibility, knowing that the reservation was made approximately two hours before check-in, and they do not have credibility.

The pool and outdoor area are great!

The room is little tired and outdated with an old and seemingly dirty carpet which spoils the rest of the hotel look esp in the hallway. The hotel inside looks nothing like the outside area - they really need to update the look. Not worth the money they charge.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The cleanliness was appalling—DIRTY doesn't even begin to describe it. After washing my hands, I reached for a towel that was folded as if it were clean, only to discover it was used and disgustingly filthy. We had to go all the way to the reception to show them the towel and request fresh ones for the entire room. The breakfast was just as disappointing. There were only a few items available, and everything looked old and inedible. For the price we paid, we expected at least the basics, but this hotel couldn't even manage that.To top it off, there was no one to help with our bags. We had quite a few, and when we asked the reception for assistance, the girl at the desk was kind enough to help us herself, but it’s absurd that the hotel doesn't have proper staff to handle this. The room was poorly lit with only a single small light, making the space feel dark and unwelcoming. The entire hotel is covered in moquette that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years—filthy and worn down. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

This was the worst experience ever.

There was trash and drugs left in the room from the previous guest and the hotel refused to issue me a refund. Overall, the experience was unsanitary and unsafe given the door didn't properly close. Both Booking.Com and the Hotel refused to help. I would give this hotel 0 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE

    the pool was lovely

it felts dirty (carpet floors in the room looked dirty) - staff were weird to say the least. Unhelpful and when wanting an upgrade they confirmed a price to us then the next day told us they gave the room to someone else and if we wanted to upgrade we had to pay triple the originally agreed upon price. Horrible.

    Not much

Very thin walls, you can hear everything through them. Room was not clean and there was not still water in the hotel for 3 days

This was a small boutique property about an 8 minute walk to the nearest beach and about a ten minute drive to the core of St.Tropez. Jasmine at the front desk was wonderful!

My room was a bit small for both of my bags, but rooms can be this way in Europe and the bed and shower were great so it all made up for it.

We had a lovely time relaxing around the pool and making use of the facilities! We also liked that this hotel provided a tranquil space, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town.

No furniture on our balcony and the air conditioner in our room needed servicing.

The worst experience of my life.

The keys didn’t work so anytime we had to go to our room an employee had to let us in. Our AC didn’t work the entire time when we complained and asked for another room we were ignored and told there were none. There were misquotes all over our room and the property. Dirty amenities the gate in and out didn’t work. It was absolutely the most awful

Everything! It’s beautiful, clean, and very new. Love the facilities, interior decor, property is peaceful&quiet, secluded in nature and has its own gate. Staff friendliness, helpful, room and bedding super comfortable. Smells nice. Great value.

We couldn’t figure out how to make the sauna and stem room work, even with the help from front desk girl, but was very late at night

Nothing , would not recommend even as a last option in St Tropez

We arrived late in the morning and the room was ready only at 4:30 Pm.WiFi was not working in the room.Very slow water pressure in the shower.Very dangerous room with a very low door frame access to the shower and the dressing room area. We both with my wife got injured badly with our head.Phone not working in the room to reach the reception or room service.Room lock broken and not repaired during the 4 day stay.
