Happy Hotel Atelier Gardone Vittoriale

The hotel is in a perfect location by the lake with really nice staff.

The bathroom was a little small and the room too without a nice view.

Good location, literally on the main road.

Lots of tear and wears. Bad musty smell in the room. Too noisy thanks to the road traffic. Not so happy.

Clean and comfortable, room was spacious and bathroom was very nice

Room was hot and a/c didn’t work. Road noise ( was next to the main road) and the double glazing didn’t completely stop the noise

Good value for money. Helpful staff to assist with late check in and guidance for parking. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options hot and cold. Hotel was in a great location next to a beautiful lakeside town.

Room was very hot and air conditioning was not working, had to leave windows open for several hours to aerate and cool the room before bed. Unfortunately due to the location of the hotel, the noise from the road below was VERY loud and constant throughout the night, even with all windows closed.

Location, staff and parking facilities excellent .

Everything was fine .

Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean

Location is amazing, It s just near the lake. Also it is close to restaurants. The rooms were clean. The staff is helpful. You can stay here definitely recommended

There is no heater or coffee in the room, also no iron

everything was perfect.

The room is a bit noisy but it is not a big problem. I was sad that the teras was closed I red a lot of good things from it.

Close to the lake and restaurants, nice rooftop terrace, locked room for ebikes.

Room facing the main street.

very nice breakfast, small cosy town near to all major

wish there would have been a small swimming pool on the roof in stead of a terrace where it is too hot to stay anyway. That would have made this hotel perfect.

Location was great. Pooland beach club very nice.Breakfast was very good.Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Parking was a bit of a walk.

The staff were great, and the free bicycles to get around

They used very strong cleaning products that left a bit of a bleach smell after a cleaning

The location is nice, but the beach is not as close as we thought

parking is a bit far, and during the check-in, it is difficult to handle the baggage due to the no parking zone next to the hotel

Pleasant

Room 102 needs attending to , has a mold/damp smell and the aircon was leaking water.

Great location and access to a private beach and pool

The room was very nice, the breakfast was perfect and amazing locations. I would like to thank the hotel staff for offering the pool in the beach club and the welcome drinks on the terrace with the Lake view.

A friend and I went for a girl's weekend. We had the all-inclusive package and enjoyed the location and access to the beach. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the abundance of food served at dinner. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Location Free enter to garden with the sun bed’s swiming pool and lake Tips for free parking place if you ask reception

Amazing location, close to bus stop and all shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were really welcoming, helpful and generous. The rooftop terrace is such a treat for an evening aperitif, spectacular views of the lake. The aircon was working very well and the rooms were lovely and fresh

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Surpised us with a free half day pass to a very nice beach and a welcome drink. The location is very good, the room is clean, towels and bedsheets are changed every day. The breakfast is fully sufficient.
