Hotel Spiaggia d'Oro - Charme & Boutique by Double Hospitality

Breakfast was super tasty and varied. The views of the lake spectacular, and the pool area was nice. The balcony in our room was very spacious and we loved the location in general. A vespa rental place up the hill and a delicious pizzeria called Jony's Pizza was nearby.

Some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated and at times the staff could have been more attentive.

This was our third time staying at the hotel. As always, the staff very attentive and pleasant. The room was very nice. Bedding could be a little bit more comfortable. Again, excellent dinner, breakfast seemed to be lacking some items they had in the past. Overall, this is a great hotel that we will be returning to again next year. .

Heater not warm enough so room was quite cold. Internet a bit slow.

The hotel is beautiful, charming, and perfectly located by the lake. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely exceptional — the best of our entire trip — with high-quality products and an incredible view of Lake Garda

The dinner at the restaurant did not meet our expectations compared to the rest of the experience

A grand old property in an outstanding location with world class staff and great parking facilities (though limited and would be a challenge if not off season).

Wonderful, grand old property in a superb location, but a bit tired and in need of detail updates (e.g. our toilet did not flush properly and the seat was loose)

Breakfast was good and the staff were so friendly and professional. Great location.

The apartment was not part of the boutique, it was a smelly building.

The organization… all the staff had no idea what they were doing. I never got my drinks or dessert at dinner, they didn’t know how to charge me, then thought they made a mistake… chaos after chaos. There was no space at the pool (hammocks) and no irons available to iron.

Marvelous place, all made such way you want to come back! Big room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, friendly staff, the best breakfast I ever had in Italy. The view from the balcony on the lake and swimming pool, you can go downstairs and enjoy the lake - it is near you feet!

Stylish and fancy hotel on the lake shore. Large pool, not sure if it is heated, but it was warm enough to swim in April. Breakfast was superb and you can enjoy it with amazing lake view

Parking is tricky, but if you don't mind spending some euros- book a private spot in the backyard.

everything was absloutely spot on, the room was very spacious and comfortable with all the ammenaties you'd expect and the breakfast was diverse and very tasty. Really comfortable beds and the staff was very helpful and ready to be of help when required.

The public areas of the hotel were wonderful. Located right on the shores of Lake Garda, the grounds were well kept and the lobby and dining areas were great. Also, the service was terrific - we felt very well cared for by both the staff in the reception and the dining areas.

The room was small and not very attractive. I wish they had put as much effort into the rooms as they did into the public spaces.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is somewhat old fashioned but the room was clean. Nice lake view from the balcony. Not many restaurants within walking distance. You definitely need a car to move around. The breakfast choice was excellent. Special thanks to Marina, the breakfast manager for her friendly service.

The air conditioning takes hours to increase 3 degrees. I think this system is bad. The food could be more diverse.

The property was lovely and in a good location. The staff were very helpful. The property is a little dated.

Great staff...very friendly and accommodating. Food and service excellent. Location on the lake is worth the extra money.

Only potential improvement would be to update or provide better access to bath tub/shower. Very steep step to enter/exit tub/shower.

The hotel is on the quieter side of Lake Garda, situated in a beautiful location right on the lake. It’s clean, comfortable and every member of staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel has everything you need. In the evening sipping an aperitif outside with the views across the lake is just idyllic. We used a hire car to get there and reserved a space in the hotel car park, which was easy to do, and took the stress out of trying to find a public space elsewhere. We definitely hope to return one day.

We were not keen that some people brought their dogs into the restaurant at breakfast time and this seemed to be allowed. We have nothing against dogs, but it can make the experience uncomfortable for others, even causing one couple to move mid meal.

If possibile we would have give 20+ stars as this property is truly exceptional! Let’s start at the beginning: the reception is staffed with multilingual, professional and very friendly people. Free parking is available at 50 meters walking distance. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and spotless just as the big bathroom that smelled lovely. We had a balcony with view of the Lago and the swimming pool. The bar has a professional bar tender also very friendly. Breakfast is a feast! Whatever you could want and double is on offer for you. The lady looking after the breakfast greeted us so nicely and with a compliment, showing that she is living her profession with passion. Dinner in the evening was superb! The service and the food of utmost quality. We would highly recommend this hotel- situated right at the lakeside- to you if you’re planning on visiting lake Garda. We are frequent travellers and this place is superb in every way and aspect. Hospitality at its very best.

Unfortunately the blankets in the room seem some better days for sure ☹ we didn’t feel comfortable to use them.
