Pretty hotel in Lake Garda.Nice large room with walk-in closet, terrace (view semi obstructed by trees) and double bathroom. Outdoor bar was nice although bar tender was somewhat slow. Nice view of lake Garda

This hotel does not command the price of The Gran Tremazzo for example in Lake Como. Missing all the ultra upscale elements. Pool was old and outdated

Our original room faced the road and was not good but with some persuasion we were able to move to a room with a partial lake view. It made the stay much much better. Thanks to the reservation staff for accommodating our room change.

The room was small but very comfortable. It was not loud even tho it faced the back not the lake. The breakfast and pool facilities were superb.

The main restaurant for dinner was not worth the money at all. It was probably the most expensive meal of the whole trip to Europe and it was very disappointing.

The facilities were wonderful, the location on the water was great, but the best thing about Hotel Fasano was the quality of service. The staff was so kind and always asking if everything was ok. Even though the weather was overcast and rainy, we truly relaxed. There were so many areas to sit and have a drink, read a book, swim, have a treatment at the spa- we really enjoyed it. Thank you to all the staff that truly helped make this a wonderful vacation!

An absolutely beautiful hotel, with the most attentive, charming level of service by all members of staff. Everyone made us feel incredibly special. I’m hoping to visit again on day. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the shower, but that didn’t affect the enjoyment of my 4 night stay.

What an astonishing hotel! Superb facilities, especially the gardens, pool and spa. Incredible spaces to relax in. The Terrace for drinks was lovely. The staff were all superb. The best breakfasts ever.

Grand Hotel Fasano exceeded our expectations by miles. The SPA area was impressive. Location, staff, breakfast - top notch.Starting from check-in and all the way until check-out, you are well taken care of.This is one of the rare hotels that we will want to visit again.

The location, staff and facilities were nothing short of amazing. The staff always went out of their way to help you with anything you needed. The spa was perfect - clean and modern. The spa treatments were also outstanding. The breakfast was superb. It really is a beautiful, special place. And we absolutely loved spending our honeymoon there.

They had turned off the air con for everyone at the hotel as it has been cold recently. But it really was very warm in the room, and aircon was definitely needed. So I didn’t sleep the best as I was very warm. They did provide us with a small fan, but it wasn’t the same as air con. I would expect a five star hotel to always have aircon available to guests.

Everything was amazing: location, staff, facilities and view from the room.Signature cocktails are something special.Thank you to the entire team for the attention to the details, I cannot mention all the names but big thanks to Bar Manager - Rama, Matteo, Kristian and of course to Giuseppina (Guest Relation Manager).For sure we will come back.

The hotel is definitely 5-star quality. The breakfast offerings were extensive and it was lovely to sit looking out over the lake each morning. The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was spacious. We ate on the terrace one evening and dine indoors another and food was excellent both times. I especially enjoyed having a drink in the quiet, cozy atmosphere of the Gin Bar. The outdoor facilities were great.

I like being close to a town and Gardone was more than a short walk away, but the hotel supplied a driver and car for a small fee.

Beautiful stay on Lake Garda. The Hotel was stunning and staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Higher price point for bottles of water etc. Also charged €40 return to sister restaurant which was approx 3minute drive.

Location, spa facilities, nearby there are some great restaurants. Wonderful views.

Bedroom quality furniture, bedding and mattress/pillows poor. Only one door on wardrobe with internal automatic lights coming on and off. Coriander fire-door stuck open. 2 x large American wedding groups made it a noisy stay, not hotel’s fault but important to know the outside bar is under the windows of some bedrooms.

We got amazing room in the Villa Principe. All facilites were clean, staff was very firendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast and dinner choices. Spa and wellness area were clean and well maintained. Althgouh hotel was fully booked it felt quiet and cosy.

The food: Lack of choice; not particularly good; identical menu every day; too much attempt at pretence of fine dining, when it was the least good place we ate on our entire holiday

The location by the lake was spectacular, we swam in the lake multiple times per day. Our room and balcony plus the view of the lake made it memorable

For the money, basic things that should be right and weren’t : the television was pointless and pretty useless, 4 English chanel’s and all of them news, just buy a smart TV and I would use my own accounts to watch decent TV, I don't come on holiday to watch TV but am annoyed when this is all that is available. If your arrival gift is a bottle of champagne, have a fridge big enough to put it in and some glasses, i ended up leaving it there as we were flying home and I wasn’t putting in my suitcase. With the tea and coffee facilities, put something basic like a tea spoon and some milk. For the money to have no snacks or fruit as complementary items in the room was dissapointing. The staff were (with the odd exception) inexperienced and appeared scared of making any errors, they clearly had something of a process and very little personality to make interactions personal and human. Most of the supervisors appeared to just get in the way, especially in Breakfast, which was otherwise great.The Gym was a token gesture with no space for a matt, to stretch and do floor exercises.

It is a bit in the middle of nowhere and travel to places is quite hard unless you drive. The villa we stayed in was very hot as the aircon wasn’t strong enough for the room, but other than that, faultless hotel.

Beautiful situation overlooking the lake. Ample comfortable outdoor day beds and choice of two temperature pools. Attentive staff. Three choices of restaurant. Very good food.

Nothing, this is how 5 star hotels should be.
