The breakfast can be a bit more qualitative.

We were highly impressed by the warm welcome and attentiveness of the staff throughout our stay. The room offered exceptional comfort, and the leisure facilities, including the pool and steam room, were excellent and well-maintained. The option for spa treatments was a definite plus. Furthermore, the dining was a highlight the food was simply outstanding.

The hotel location is amazing. It’s on a hill and the views just spectacular. The staff always there to help. The service was superb. Room was beautifully decorated. Good breakfast. We had a dinner one evening at the hotel and food was fantastic.

Tea and coffee facilities in a room would be nice.

The most distinguishing quality of this property was the view. It was really amazing, and it's really hard to beat that. The other thing that we enjoyed during our stay was the outside pool. It was quite big and the area was quite pleasant. The second room we were given was also quite spacious and the view from the room was quite nice and the bathroom was well decorated. The staff were quite helpful and friendly. They were really making sure that the guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Since we didn't enjoy our first night in our initial room at all, they upgraded us to another room. We really appreciated that.

We have booked the romantic double room, however, it really fell short of our expectations. The room as well as the bathroom were quite small and it was hard to put the suitcases in the room and have enough space for oneself. Hair dryers in the rooms were not quite good, we were happy that we brought our own. As for the breakfast, considering the price of a stay in the hotel, it could be a bit better as the croissants and the cakes provided in the breakfast were stale. Other than that, the dinner menu was a bit overpriced. For the bar, there was no dedicated person tending it, we had to find and ask a staff member if they could give us some drinks.

Beautiful place with trees, flowers and sculptures,fantastic views of the Guarda lake, beautiful comfortable room with its own terrace outside. Close to the Anfiteatro del Vittoriale.

Too short stay, I had time only to take pictures, watch a concert , and sleep. Should have stayed longer and enjoyed.Breakfast could have been better for that price.

Beds not so confortable bathroom needs renovations

Pool and spa was nice, room was tidy, fresh towels and robes every day.

Would recommend having a lifeguard present during pool opening hours as anything could happen to someone when they are in there on their own. Thought lunch and dinner was very overpriced, very small portions for price would recommend reviewing.

The views overlooking the lake

Dirty , badly managed .The food didn’t resemble what was promised on the website .The tennis court was covered in debris and we had to pay for using it . The room we stayed in was so small and had no drawers to put our clothes in and our suitcase was open on the floor .

Secure parking and good location. Comfortable room although rather dated. Reception young lady was lovely although our safe was not fixed after having asked on the first day for this to be seen to.

Having booked an evening meal for our group on our arrival. We were shown to the tables outside . However we wished to be seated inside and were told by a male staff member that this was Not possible. The menu although extensive was not to everyone’s taste and so we ate out for the remainder of our stay. This was a shame but due to the overall attitude of the dining staff we were not happy to eat outside again.

Our room was spectacular but we did book the top suite. The food at the restaurant in the evening was the best food we ate all week and we went to a number of restaurants. The atmosphere was great.

Nothing really, the walk up the hill was hardwork and I would say a car rental is a must to get the most of the surrounding area. There was probably potential to do alot more with the surrounding gardens but it didnt detract from our stay.

Good location

Mountain view bedroom is old Fashion and its bathroom very small, with no space for towels and other ameneties. Outer spaces are quit sloppy and dont correspond to the pictures. Weak Breakfast.

Views, sauna, big swimming pool

Very small bathroom, expensive bar, they charge 'coperto' which is price for taking seat at the table, and it would be fine but not for their own guests! 5 euro each person. They charge for the ice from the bar, the price quality ratio is a misunderstanding. hotel needs renovation. Outside swimming pool is very cold, and ladder to the pool is only on the 3 meters side so not for small children or people who doesn't swim well. Breakfast is always fresh but no vegetables, only cherry tomatoes, small choice. And we really don't recommend eating at the restaurant because food was very average.

Nice garden, good location. Kind staff, excepting receptionists.

No minibar on the room despite of the advertising (only fridge with 3 small bottles water which were not replaced). No any kettle and nescafe which is expectable in a 4 stars hotel. There are only paper cups with no replacements, we had to buy few normal cups. Sortiment of breakfast and the dinner menu are quite week. Once both of us ordered grilled octopus for dinner and both of these were rough, unfried. We sent these back to refry, and got back still unable to eat.

Room is way too small for 2 person

The staff was responsive. The swimming pool was very nice. The view to the lake was great. From outside the hotel was fine. Big parking with plenty of places.

We faced several problems in the room. Defective blind that passed light, nest of wasps in the balcony, unclean sheets in the bed (and they where changed that day), they had a stain of ink that they couldnt remove. Bathroom tiles were very outdated aestheticaly. Suspect of bed bugs, as we woke up very itchy with bites in legs. Acoustic isolation was terrible, you could hear everything from neighbor rooms. Breakfast was very poor. TV was smaller than a 14 inch monitor.

Sadly the whole complex is a bit aged and lot of stuff seems to fall behind in upkeeping. Seems like the best days have passed for this place.Sadly the staff was not very welcoming when arriving earlier (which was announced and told as 'ok'). We were sent away and told to come back later as they have no time now. No help with luggage storing or maybe letting us use the pool already as it was well over 35 degrees and told by mail it's okay to come before officiall check in time. Staff are not the most attentive as it was my birthday and the greeting was quite cold... it had a bitter taste. Breakfast was quite sad for the Price and displayed stats at the front door.
