Pros +
- Very friendly staff, good location (village next to the wine fest), clean
- Very friendly and efficient welcome at reception. Great service in the bar and restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices. We really enjoyed our stay.
- Piero and all his staff went above and beyond what was expected to help all guests at the hotel to enjoy their stay. The entertainment at the hotel was great fun and suitable for all ages.
Cons -
- Very old fashioned style
- As other reviews stated, the room size is a little bit small and could be decorated a little better, AC was a bit noisey as it’s an old system but it was clean and comfortable so it would not put us off staying here again.
- Nothing. Everything spot on

Loved the location, the pool area, the decor in the lobby area, but most of all we loved the staff, they go above and beyond to please guests, greeting our toddler by name and making her feel so welcome (thank you Simone). We will definitely return again soon if we can!

We were very suprised. Staff was incredible nice, a bathroom was new and clean, pool and other equipment were fantastic. This hotel should not be 3S, but 4star!
Friendly warm welcome. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast great. Couldn't have wished for a better location.
Nothing. Everything spot on
Staff were really friendly, Pierro (sorry for the spelling) and his daughter were really helpful too. The location was perfect, 1-2 mins walk from the bus station and 3 minutes walk to the lake front with all the restaurants. Room was really clean and spacious and the staff were all very welcoming!
Perfect location, extremely kind staff, clean room and abundant breakfast
Fantastic location. Friendly staff. The lovely pool area and outdoor seating. Onsite parking. Convenient pool bar with drinks and snacks.
Very busy period so there weren't enough sunchairs by the pool. Parking alittle challenging due to the narrow driveway and limited availability, but the staff were always available to help with this.
It was very conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. They host evening activities, if you want to join in. The pool is very nice. Also, liked that our room had a balcony.
The wifi was a little spotty at times. There were no other problems
Great location, a few minutes walk from the bus station and across the road from the main shops/restaurants area of Garda. Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave the impression they enjoyed their jobs. Pool area was nice.
Rooms were a little bit dated, but we were out and about most of the time anyway.
Perfect location for exploring Garda and the Lake Garda in generalClose to shops, restaurants and the bus station Good Size room and bathroom with a small balconyVery cleanVery friendly and helpful staffGreat breakfastNice outdoor bar and Pool They do also have a restaurant but we didn't eat there
Nothing to dislike
value for money and location were exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the facilities were great.
distance to City and friendly staff and Pool
flowers outside (Stiefmütterchen) to be replaced
super friendly, helpful and efficient staff
I enjoyed my stay here and want to come back. The staff is so kind and caring, the location is great (near the bus station and only a few steps from the lake), the room is comfortable and the lobby full of nice people. There are a lot of options for breakfast and everything is kept clean and tidy. It’s quiet at night and just perfect for relaxing and also having a good time.
Room was nice a bright the bathroom had been recently upgraded and was really nice we also had a small south facing balcony which was lovely to sit on in the early afternoon and watch the sun go down
There was nothing that we did not like property and the staff was all great we were there for 7 days ' if we had been there for longer we would have started to see a repetitive menu and also a similar events itinerary
Excellent all round
The room we were in was very small but we have stayed at this hotel many times and generallyare very happy with it. Excellent staff.
Everything - could not find a fault. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and diligent - they are a credit to themselves and to the hotel. Loved the entertainment - especially the movie nights! Plus appreciated the extra steps to accomodate my partner's vegan diet. Location was absolutely perfect, less than 5 minute walk to the town or to the bus stop. Could not reccomend this hotel enough :)
Central location, gorgeous outdoor pool area and friendly staff.
