located 2 minutes from bus station, 5 minutes from lake, ferry port and restaurants. lovely clean small hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Great location. Clean and modern with nothing too much trouble Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Pool area clean and well styled. Drinks very reasonable. Cannot fault it. We came last year and plan to come back again soon

Location was ideal for the centre and the bay. The Hotel was immaculately clean. Every single member of staff were so pleasant and helpful, a credit to the hotel.

Such a lovely hotel, everything about it was very good including a yummy breakfast, the location is really good and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back, thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Room fairly basic but clean. Very poor old fashioned hairdryer

Lovely staff, very clean

Bed & pillows extremely hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast lacked variety, same every day. Could offer individual yogurts and whole fruit as well as the chopped fruit.

The reception dog was my absolute favorite thing. she was so cute! the hot tub on the roof top bar was amazing with absolutely amazing views. The nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. So much choice and so tasty. The car parking service was incredible and the staff are so friendly

The only thing I could fault this hotel on was our room air conditioning kept cutting off after a few minutes and the room was very warm

Friendly and very helpful reception staff. Great location. Nice bar and pool area.

Some of the breakfast staff seemed a bit unfriendly at times and could have been more welcoming.

The hotel is amazing, so clean the rooms are small but more than adequate and just the perfect location.

The staff are very warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make everyone welcome.

The hotel is in a quiet location but only about 5 minutes walk from the town and lakefront. Very welcoming and helpful staff, spacious clean room. Having a kettle in the room was a bonus. Lovely fresh food at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Some slight road noise at the back of the hotel but nothing significant.

Don't have anything negative to say except for the hairdryer which wasn't great. That seems so silly as everything else was fantastic.

Room slightly dated and not too big Bed was ok but a bit scuffed on the surrounds. Bathroom very clean but quite small

Breakfast was excellent, great choice of cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, meats hot and cold items. Coffees, teas juice and water.Staff super friendly couldn’t do enough for us as a family. Very polite and helpful.

Evening meals a little hit and miss. Some excellent, some ok. Usually something to suit on the menu though.Bar service of a night time excellent, special shout out to Mary and Helena who looked after us and couldn’t do enough for us long after everyone had gone to bed.

Lovely hotel friendly staff and all very pleasant and helpful. Spotless clean and comfortable.

We have stayed 14-21 August 2022 .Everything was excellent : respectful and helpful staff in hotel and restaurant, clean room and bed linen, very good breakfast and wonderful dinner. Thank you for a really wonderful relax, which will be remembered for a long time. Already want to come back :) Thank you!
