- The room, the breakfast The views from the balconyThank you to the stuff personal for the amazing dissert at the breakfast for birthday of our daughter!!!
- I chose this hotel because of the view and spa. The view was nice, spa was nice too. Comfortable beds
- The resort is super nice for one or two days stay
Cons -
- That the entire to the warm pool for families and children is only at 14.00-15.00 and it's cost 5 euro.If we had come to resort this service should be included with whole facilities.
- The hotel is very big and old. The room is normal, the spa is good but You have to reserve the time in advance as finally there won’t be any available time left. Spa is good, but the cleanliness is really required on spa windows, all seems to be cleaned only when the hotel was opened, looks really gross. But the worst part was breakfast. There is nothing to choose from, the same food in different plates, and paper cups for drinks-just no. Plenty of space for breakfast, nothing to eat there, if You can choose not to take breakfast, just do that.
- The breakfast can have more variety and after 9pm nothing is available for a bite at the resort

It was excellent. I will definitely be back. Beautiful view, clean rooms, good pool, extensive breakfast with lots of choices.
I miss good coffee in the room, there was Nescafe, should have been better
The entire staff is amazingly nice and welcoming. The view over the lake is beautiful and the facilities with activities such as golf and paddle are very nice. Population of the resort is mostly Dutch British and German and place seems to be made for them.
The room was not indicated as being by the road which we did not like. Besides this, it is mostly on us, this kind of place is not really our cup of tea, crowded noisy resort - we enjoy more quietness. Also, every activity as a cost and don’t get full by the ticket selling onsite for gardaland - it is cheaper online.
Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Very large pool. Free shuttle to Garda.
Evening entertainment was for grandparents
Price of drinks were good. Minibus to town was a bonus.
The breakfast - lack of choice. The location - a bit further away from town than I’d expected.
Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. With lots of sporting activities available. Staff were really attentive and made sure we had a good stay. Lovely breakfast and traditional Italian evening meal. A half hour walk from Garda. We hired a car to see the local area. Pool had only just opened and was unheated so a bit chilly but we are used to this so we did enjoy some lovely swimming. Pool was 50m which was great for training.
view is nice. location is good. staff are helpful
room cleaning is not as you wish. not very clean. found lots of spiders inside the room. big ones and small. Hotel management should find a solution to it. i felt that breakfast buffet did not have varieties.
The view from the resort over Lake Garda is fantastic. We watched the sunset one night from the spa & our room also was up the hill and had a fantastic view of the lake. The spa was also great quality for such a low cost.
The property decor is a little dated however this did not affect our enjoyment of the property.
Excellent breakfast- wide choice. Large pool
More shuttle buses needed at peak times.
Good location just a little outside of Garda, There was a shuttle to take you to and from the town also, we had a car so this wasn't necessary but it looked like it went frequently! Our room was basic, for 3 of us it was okay could have done with a little bit more space but at the end of the day it was a triple room and not an apartment as such! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Aircon temp and fan speed was managed by reception so you had to call down to get this changed, not an issue and it worked every time but takes a little getting used to! The key card (we only got one) turned the aircon off when leaving the room so it was never super cool upon return (again personal preference!) Breakfast had a good selection, we enjoyed the pancakes etc but my partner had trouble finding protein sources! not common in Italy it seems! The pool was a great size, plenty of sun beds which were usually available and the pool bar offered a pretty good selection of food and drinks. Lots of activities for kids, our son had fun making friends and playing football and we always felt safe.Everything you eat/drink is added to your room so essentially it's a card/cashless hotel, pretty handy! Restaurant food wasn't particularly wonderful, its a set menu so assume its made in bulk early on in the evening and kept warm, we came to eat late one evening after hours and they accommodated us in a thunderstorm which was lovely. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. I think personally as a family we've stopped in apartments more than hotels and so space wise it seems a little small but we did book last minute so maybe there are apartments available!
Food was a little bland at the restaurant, rooms a little on the small side our view was of the carpark so not wonderful. Pool was very busy (it was august though) and no shallow end. its an olympic pool so understandable but the baby pool was literally inches deep so not suitable for our 9 year old!
Outstanding resort, a perfect experience at every level
The only area for improvement is the wonderful swimming pool that was in bad conditions, the floor was not repaired, and the water was full of small pieces of floor
Very guest orrientated place, high service level, clean rooms, great foods.
Swimming pool should be cleaner.
The hotel is so much more beautiful in person than these images show. The staff were so attentive the second we arrive, the daughter of the founder/owner showed us the site as our room wasn't available and talked us through how the site has developed over the years. The pool is beautiful, and there was not a day that we didn't all get a bed together as a family of 4. Activities for the children were plentiful, and we are sorry that there was so many we didn't have time to do in out 4 day stay. Breakfast was perfect. The hotel is beautifully presented, as is the restaurant. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was very spacious and airy. The aircon was very effective, and the view was beautiful. There is a trek up the hill, but after all the ice cream, pizza and pasta, we had no excuses! Maid service every day. Fresh towels and clean bedding - the whole hotel is immaculate. Lastly, the shuttle bus, which, after reading reviews, we had concerns about but wish I had not worried. MAURICIO is an absolute legend and ensures everyone gets to garda town as quickly as possible. He is so happy all day (despite his very long shift). We never had any problems getting on the shuttle, and their system is very effective. Some people are not accustomed to queueing like us English do, but that is more an individual issue and not a reflection of the hotel. You will get this experience all over for trains, buses and ferries.
Nothing. Could not fault it at all
Breakfast was poor , a shame because most other things where good
Variation in breakfast and overall quality was bland ,I play tennis and was looking forward to that being part of the holiday but wanted lesson or game and know coach ? As 4 courts are available I never saw anyone playing?
Lovely Resort with lovely big pool.Large suite big enough for 4 peopleGood breakfast and good pool snack bar
30 to 40 minute walk to Garda town. Good shuttle bus but it's a little small if there are a lot of people waiting. ( Queuing etiquette among guests not very good)No cushions on pool loungers so they are quite uncomfortable
Pool size was good, table tennis was fun, shuttle bus to garda was free
Air conditioning did not work, but we paid for it. +30 celsius outside. It is annoying that the curtains must be closed in apartment whole day and on vacation the sun is the thing we want to see and feel. One of us got some bites to arm at night so it is expected that there was bedbugs. Dead frog in the pool two days. pool towels could not be changed during the stay, restaurant opens 19:30, it is too late for kids. Overrated to be four star hotel
Beautiful view though far from the lake. Room was comfortable and well equipped with pleasant balcony. Excellent, well run pool.
We were not expecting such a large resort crowded with young families in May. Dining room very nice but food was poor with very flippant service — skip the dinner it if you can.
The location is great for visiting Lago di Garda. The resort is well equipped with Spa, Gym and outdoor pool and football pitch. The restaurant and food were very good.
The use of the indoor pool is at a fee.
