    Pros +

    • we liked the location, the location was within walking distance of the center and the lake.
    • The size of the room was much bigger than anticipated , had a large balcony and the toilet was also fairly sized and very clean
    • It was close enough to the sea front you could walk it easily and even closer to where the bus drops you off.Breakfast has enough choice for me.I had issues with a very squeaky bed and Franca at reception was very good at finding me another room that was better. I couldn't fault the staff

    Cons -

    • The hotel is outdated and needs renovation.Breakfast very poor. The noise of the corridors can be heard in the rooms.
    • Had no issues at all
    • No real sound insulation.Wooden beds seemed to have very old bases with springs and wooden boards on them that were very noisy. The other thing that wasn't ideal was a live band playing outside or my first room until 11pm. Got no prior warning about this. Was trying to do a teams meeting at one point with all the background noise. Would have liked prior warning

Location of the hotel is ideal- a ten minute walk into Garda. The pool, whilst a little tired, is a refreshing space to relax and there were never issues getting loungers. The onsite pizzeria / bar was great for refreshments around the pool. Rooms are clean and serviced well.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin. To the point you can literally hear conversations and anything else! The rooms are really basic and very dated, and the we had wires hanging out of the wall in places where lights hadn’t been connected. Our room was right by the bins so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because of the smell of the rubbish in the heat. When I requested a room change I was met with a really uninterested attitude and there was no further mention of us moving rooms.

Pool areas lovely. Relaxing hotel a short walk from centre. Friendly staff.

A little bit dated. Breakfast provisions ran out near to end of session time

    Location

The hotel manager was very rude and arrogant! Plug sockets in the room didn’t work and the wardrobe was the entrance to Narnia (room next door). Coffee was awful and the breakfast was mediocre.

Overall it was a goood experience.Staff was very helpful, especially at the reception. Except the bartender who refused to give me couple of cubes of ice to put on my kids skin rash without me buying drinks (heartless), everyone else were really helpful. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was full of variety and catered for everyone. Pool and the surrounding was fantastic. Location is perfect to reach all types of activates.

Upon on arrival I ask for my room to be change because there wasn't any separation in the room n no privacy they told me I have to pay for an extra room even thou I was paying alot of money already . I explain to them why I wanted it to change but they refuse to do so . My friends was staying in a near by hotel . This hotel is a no go for me again because they don't know how to please there customer . Breakfast was cheap n crap. Its fruit season n they using tin peach and pinapple . The machines with coffee and drink need cleaning . Juice water down . I let out hot chocolate from machine come only brown looking water

Location was good near to the town part

The pool was great and the location was very good, not far from the lake. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast buffet to start each day.

The hotel has two outdoor pools, which is good and you can choose the one you like more. Breakfast is basic and good enough. coffee could be better.

    Coffee!

The only good thing about this property is that it’s close to the city center and has a good parking lot.

This was the worst Hotel experience in in my life. Thank god we only stayed for one night and paid 107€ The hotel itself was very old fashioned stuck in the late 70s. My guess is that the owners haven’t done anything to this property since that. We can’t recommend the breakfasts either, even the coffee was completely undrinkable. They seem to market this place with nice pictures to lure customers but please don’t fall for it. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and spend it somewhere else!

Personel was very friendly and polite

It was totalky outdated and old fashion except our room junior sweet. The restaurant in the basement was depresdive

We passed weekend at this hotel. This is really nice hotel near the lake. In detail: (I shared other photos in google maps as it is not possible to download many photos here):Near the lake&centro storico&bus station for airport (just 5-10 min walk)Clean: the room, the bathroom and other parts of the hotel are super clean. Staff: they are super friendlyBreakfast & Dinner: we took both breakfast and dinner. Both of them are super delicious an various things to eat:For breakfast it is open bufet: eggs, fresh tomato and cucumber, cheese, etc. (in the pics)For dinner: antipasti is open bufet. First and second course are served. For the first course we were offered 2 types pasta, for the second we could choose meat or fish. Reccomended: if the dinner is at 8, be there before, because the time is short (1 hour and half if). For breakfast it was fine (2 hours).Pool is big enough and clean. The rooms is in old style, but it reminds some italian nonna's house. Anyway it was very clean. So no need to worry I think.Good value for money. Hope they won't increase, so we can go for the next weekends ?

I gave 8 out 10 because of following reasons:Maybe changing bed would be nice thing to do as there is a rumor when you turn. Also changing the type of pillow would be a nice idea.I would suggest to put a little fridge and kettle. It would be helpful for long stay guests. Extending the dinner time would be nice. Because we were in a hurry while eating.

    Good

There was unfortunately no greens at the morning buffet. No cucumber, tomato or anything.

The Pools, the room was okay and the place to park.

Breakfast. İ didn't like it 'cause there were nothing with chicken, turkey or beef. For me it was horrible just pork

    8BillPosted on: 8-21-2023

Really good sized room, fabulous views from balcony, good, quiet air conditioning, large clean bathroom. Quiet corridor with little disturbance from outside.

The small pool was a bit scruffy in places but nothing that raised a massive concern.

    9NeilPosted on: 8-18-2023

Good pools, great position, included breakfast very good.

No dedicated table for breakfast,we had to ask every day.

    8MichaelPosted on: 8-18-2023

It was nice because we had two options of pools. Close to everything but not to close for peace and quiet also.

    7MatthewPosted on: 8-17-2023

    Location and good pool

Very dated and no attention made to the property. Scruffy and old and lots of weeds everywhere. Staff were ok but most not very friendly. Beds were awful and would be better sleeping on the floor.
