Pros +
- When we showed up to check in, the restaurant and reception were dark and locked.
- We loved being close to the lake and seeing it out of our window. The fruit and Pattie’s with breakfast were delicious.
- The location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good and a good choice. The view from the room was amazing and the size of the room was really good .
Cons -
- No mirror in the room for checking when getting dressed.Only access to the hotel's boiler was through our room and on two separate occasions (one being late at night) we had to allow staff into our room so that they could access the boilers ignition system.
- Nothing, we have no complaints and everything about our stay was great!
- The parking that belongs to the hotel is 15 minutes walking distance. This is very uncomfortable when traveling with luggage, as you do when on holidays. This was also not communicated before arrival causing us to get stuck in a pedestrian area with our car because we followed the navigation system. The staff was unfriendly and not well prepared. Having breakfast on the patio was nice but the food was low quality. The room was clean but without any decorations or amenities. There were many stairs to climb up to the room with no help from the staff.

Since this was a bit of a last-minute booking, we were pleasantly surprised by the value for this room based on the facilities and the location. The room and bathroom were beautiful and very large with fun and unique ceilings and finishes. The view out onto Piazza Catulo was amazing. We were able to enjoy a powerful thunderstorm roll in over the lake from our window. There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the Hotel, including the fact that they are pet-friendly and we were able to have our dog with us.

We liked the great location, and the view to the lake from our room. The room itself needs renovation, the furniture is weird, without a common style, there is no kettle and no mirror in the room itself (there is one in the bathroom, but with bad lighting). And the mini-bar was empty.
Good breakfast. Very nice room. Good restaurant recommendation. Great location.
Parking was not so easy, but not a disaster and it was free
The location was perfect. The room was quite big and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was very cute. We had also a lunch here and that was also very tasty.
The bed was hard, very hard. It was no reception area and I saw people searching for it instead of asking where it was, they were not so very happy. We asked and the waiter found a person pretty quickly.
Lovely room overlooking the square out to the lake. Very pituresque and a lift between first and second floor was a great help, but still some stairs to negotiate
Nothing, perfect for what we wanted, an overnight stay with parking not to far away
Breakfast had a good variety and main meals were delicious. Liked proximity the water and ferry and shops
Didn’t have a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom.Didn’t have a small balcony attached to the room to sit outside
Excellent location right on the front by the lake & close to the ferry pier.Lovely modern rooms & bathrooms.Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
The property was fantastic- only criticism was that the shower wasn’t great in terms of flow.
A great location, with brilliant food for breakfast and a 10% discount for dinners! A lovely, clean apartment
The location in Garda is second to none. Right on the lake front and easy access to all that Garda has to offer. Our bedroom was huge. The hotel is very old and you feel privileged to have stayed in one of the first buildings ever to be built in this town.
We liked everything, so no complaints at all.
Location is exceptional if you want to be in the middle of the nightlife. Very comfortable room.
If you’re driving in, the parking lot is very far away and there isn’t a great place to drop bags either. If you show up with a backpack for instance, it’s a pretty easy 15 minute walk from the parking lot. On the other hand, if you show up with bigger bags, it’s a little more of a pain.
Central location, pleasant restaurant and staff.
Fantastic location. Good breakfasts. Some helpful staff
Air conditioning not working. Moved to a room without a balcony or lake view with no reduction in cost. Very pricy for level of facilities. No smoke alarms and no fire escape information - no reply from hotel when this issue raised. No working safes.
Very good location, delicios food an very good breakfast.
Shower trap was blocked and water didn’t go away and air conditioner wasn’t working properly, had to turn it on 6 times during the night.
Staff very helpful organising a taxi, excellent location
Poor air con
Amazing location overlooking the water right on Lake Garda. We had 3 different rooms which were all priced very well. The breakfast was awesome and the meal we ate at their restaurant was also one of our best meals while in Italy! We would gladly stay at this hotel again!
Parking was included, but was roughly a 10 minute walk to the lot. The location to check in and carry bags down from our vehicle (different than the parking lot) was also about a 2 minute walk from the actual hotel. Wasn't an issue for our group but might be for some travelers.
This very cute hotel was right in the lakefront. Gorgeous view. On top of everything you want to see and explore. Clean and modern room. Stunning bathroom! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!! It was great!
The hairdryer on the wall would not have gotten hair dry if I spent an hour under it. I didn’t ask if there was a different hair dryer I could borrow from the desk. I just didn’t wash my hair (kinda annoying). The gentleman who checked me in lacked warmth. Very cold demeanor. After checkout he is asking for payment. I booked thru booking.com, so I’m not sure what he’s up to.
