Pros +
- We loved this hotel! Staff, breakfast, garden, room - everything was excellent. I can highly recommend it.
- Very friendly staff. Very accommodating for providing a gluten free breakfast. Hotel was nice and clean. Generally location was very good, basically right on the lake and supermarket less than 5 minute walk away.
- Helpful, friendly staff, good breakfast. Excellent location.
Cons -
- Hotel was reasonably basic without many facilities, but was comfortable and clean. Located next door to a church whose bells rang loudly at 7am every morning. Also grass was cut in the square outside the hotel at around 6am one morning! Different plug sockets so normal adapters didn't work, and only provided one adapter by the hotel. Also booked a double room and asked for a double bed but was two twin beds pushed together so cut a deep ridge in the middle which wasn't very comfortable.
- Location pretty close to main road. Could get noisy when the windows were open.
- Ac is not working before mid june, somehow they have decided not to put ac on, they are not mentioning it when people make their reservations, big minus! They have their own parking paces, which are pretty much empty but they dont give them to occupants, makes no sense

Hotel Terminus is not the Ritz or Savoy, but the location is superb, the staff are excellent, the place is spotless, this was our third stay and we have enjoyed all three, couldn’t fault it.
Great location and supernice, friendly and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast, also with glutenfree options. One of the best we have experienced! Nice big room.We had a lovely 10 days stay.
Our room had a big bathroom that was ok. We missed a better shower though. Walls around the bathtub maybe, or even bytter, a walk in shower. Some rooms have, but not ours...
polite staff, cleaning every day. good location. Large terrace.
The most unpleasant thing was the parking, which we were not allowed to use because we booked the hotel through Booking.com and not directly through the site. The hotel is very old, there is mold and permits on the building foundation. poor breakfast, no activities from the hotel, old furniture and uncomfortable depressing design, hard mattress. the hotel is not worth the money we paid. I would give the hotel a maximum 2 stars!
Position and cleanliness
Needs refurbished inside and outside. Exterior walls and finish of the sun terrace very run down
The location is superb
The property is old n run down a bit, and the bathrooms can definitely by renovated - if not the entire hotel. But the reception staff at the hotel were the WORST. Not courteous (borderline rude) with zero regards for customer’s problems!!
We came here last minute because we found a garage nearby that could fix the windshield of our car after it got demolished in a hailstorm and our tent was ruined. It really saved our vacation as we had arrived in Italy only a few Days before. And it eventually didnt cost us much more. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpfull, willing to go the extra mile to help us out. Especially the older man in the evening/night and the curly hair woman in the afternoon. It's impossible to get by them without a nice talk. They were very good with our kid too.I usually dread breakfast in any hotel but it was really good, a little more variation would be the only improvement I could think of. The nice older man working in the morning is always busy restocking and cleaning tablesThe location is great, right at the Lake but just far enough away from the busier area. Close to a walk/Bike area along the Lake. The room we were in was had a nice balcony and was always clean. Cleaning Staff always happy, nice and smiling too.The whole hotel was pretty spotless actually. There was a garage where we could put our bikes wich was nice, (and power to charge them). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back here.
My wife told me there were some Bells from the church nearby early in the morning but I Never woke up from them tbh.Bathroom was quite old, small Bath tub with a screen to shower. Everything is functional and clean tough, just a bit inconvenient.
Quiet, convenient to bus station,Friendly and helpful staff Excellent breakfast.
Staff were always pleasant and willing to help. Location of property was excellent Breakfast was good. Room was good and was very clean and decent size. Wonderful view of the lake from the terrace. We would book this hotel again.
Needed some TLC. For instance the terrace floor was flaking and needed either artificial turf or repainting. The guest rooms downstairs were a little dated. The breakfast was adequate but needed a little bit of variety as it was the same each day although plenty, . The back rooms were very noisy with the traffic late evening and early morning. It would be worth mentioning in description that rooms at rear can sometimes be noisy. At least people are aware. We were not aware until the last day we could use the swimming pool at a sister hotel. That is something that might be useful to communicate.
good space in room, balcony overlooking lake
shower was a bit awkward
The property is in a very good location, very close to the lake, restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and light with a good view of the lake.
The shower was nice but very small
The stuff is very friendly home feeling. The hotel location is superb.
The hotel is old, dispite well maitaned. But the beds are a bit too soft. And bathrooms need some refreshing. (hair dryers and ventilation)
The location, best we had, ever.
Well, this is a very good hotel. But we cant understand that such a good hotel has a wifi, 1-1,5 mB. Like in Sweden 30 years ago. We had our own mobil 5G, so. In the reception they thought 1-1,5 mB is good. it is NOT, its nothing, 2023. We also wonder why Booking.com dont rate/meassure the wifi. Free wifi, offcourse, but is it useable?
Position,lovely retro feel,free upgrade,lovely hotel.
Most of staff lovely except one extremely rude lady on Monday morning.
fantastic breakfast and great location
in need of modernisation, particularly the bathroom, very dated
Great location. Very clean.
Room was very dated and could do with a major overhaul.
Everything. Very Calm setting, gorgeous views, right on the lake with one of the best restaurants next door.
