Very good hotel the staff were excellent clean rooms. The breakfast was very good Location good. Would recommend.

No comments as we never got our room on this hotel.

We never got our room on this hotel although we booked and got confirmation 4 months in advance! When already in Italy, this hotel cains office called and said we can't have it because they now got a booking for a group and they need our room!! Instead we got a room in an annex to a hotel 1 km from center. Felt like money counts, not guest service. Can't comment the hotel itself.

Great location, even considering that the parking is a bit away. But after a long drive, walking a bit can be refreshing. Excellent rooms with minimal but pleasant amenities. Wonderful, not-overwhelming breakfasts. And a fantastic view of the mountains from the room.

Modernised hotel with easy walk to lake and town centre. V good restaurant and supermarket opposite. Quiet on a small street. Good breakfast and 24hr front desk. Very slow WiFi. Hotel used by Rail Discoveries group tours.

Constant running water in toilet creating annoying noise. Very slow WiFi. Basic soaps.

Very clean ,most comfortable bed and very helpful staff .The location couldn’t be better and the breakfast was lovely.

Maybe that no air conditioning till July but they did supply me with a fan

Great location, easy reach to the waterfront and shops/restaurants. Good sized rooms, with storage and extra pillows. Breakfast had lots of options.

Our first night we were in a very noisey room at the front of the hotel near the stairs. We asked if there was a quieter one as soon as we checked-in, but everywhere was full. We had a terrible nights sleep as the restaurant/bar was very noisey, also could hear rooms next to us and above and noise from the stairway which leads to the foyer all night. The following day we moved into a much better room, where the window faced away from the main road. Would stay again, but would make sure we had a quieter room and avoid the front rooms.

Forgot this place.

Poor breakfast, you have to beg for plain eggs. During the reservation, it was emphasized that a company invoice is necessary, and the company's information was left, however, at check out, a regular invoice was already issued, and the receptionist did not want to correct it regardless of the request.
