We love this property! The location is perfect right on the water. The breakfast is amazing. Probably the best we’ve had in Italy. So much variety and delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We rented bikes for five euros for the day which was wonderful because we biked along the promenade from Garda to Bardolino and then to Lazise. Garda was a great base for visiting other areas. Also, the food in the restaurant was delicious. You can sit outside right along the water, which is beautiful. They also have a covered area that you can see through if it’s cold so you can still see the water.

We had an amazing lake view. It was great for being in a convenient location, perfect for strolling lakeside and browsing shops. Easy, varied breakfast and cheerful, helpful staff. Good restaurant and a favorite for cocktails.

Being in a ztl parking was a problem, distance to a parking lot. The room was small (dorm size) not unusual.

My senior parents caught a nasty flu and the staff were incredibly kind to them . Breakfast was yummy and Daniella and Rithu were especially wonderful

The hotel did not mention that the parking is located more than half a kilometer away.They stated that parking is nearby, but in reality, it is not close at all. The distance is over 500 meters, which is very inconvenient, especially since we are carrying a lot of luggage.

Great air conditioner. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Nice location near many restaurants and ferry and beaches. The breakfast was delicious with many choices and great coffee. The staff was patient and helpful. We had a very nice stay.

EVERYTHING!!!! From the polite staff, to the amazing view, to the delicious breakfast, to the convenient and perfect location....we LOVED IT ALL!!!!

I could have spent my entire vacation eating breakfast!They have everything,from cold cuts, to cheese, eggs, fresh fruit salad and cakes (oh, I just loved the walnut pie).What else, hot water that is hot, the elevator works and the staff is super friendly.

I didn't like that I had to leave to go back to work!

The hotel is right next to the lake. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent.. spreads, salami, eggs... they make you coffee or tea. The parking lot is a little far away - 10 minutes...but it's free. We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come back.

Rooms are very clean, not that big but it’s enough for 2 people. The location is perfect, everything is super close, restaurants, cafés and shops.The breakfast is really good too, there is something for everyone. Staff is very nice too and we are surely coming back here!

The location was good, comfortable, the room wasn’t anything spectacular but cosy and clean. I always appreciate the hot water. I liked the breakfast spread, quite some options.

The staff was fantastic, Very central, just steps from everything, the food was amazing. The spaces were clean, and the bathrooms as well.Great experience, highly recommended! The lake and the surroundings are gorgeous and is amazing for swimming. They have bicycles freely available, was a cool thing to do!.

Amazing location, right at the lake with 5 minutes walk to the bus station as well as the ferry terminal. The breakfast was great and the staff super friendly and helpful. The room was not very big but clean and had everything needed.

The rooms are not super soundproof in the sense that you hear quite some noise from the neighbouring rooms, depending on how "noisy" your neighbours are.

The hotel has a really good position with a great view over the lake. The rooms are pretty nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are big spacious.Also the breakfast is delicious and very varied and the staff is kind, polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay

This hotel is perfectly situated lakeside .the staff was fantastic couldn’t do enough for you

The only downside was no fridge in the room except for that this hotel is perfect
