Hotel Garden

The room we upgraded to was a balcony room facing the lake. We loved the breakfast. The only thing that was not too concenient was the size of the shower. It was very small. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Staff and facilities were great. Great food.

Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small.

The gardens and the swimming pool are beautiful. It's a short walk away from the lake shore.

The room was scorching hot. The ac was very dated and did not cool down the room until the next morning. It was impossible to sleep due to the heat. The concierge staff was impossible to find between midnight and 2:30 to address the issue as we came back. Then the next morning a cleaning person entered the room at 8:30am opening the door without even knocking.

Great and quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pool and Gardens. Very good gym. Comfortable room. It was our second stay and we did not hesitate to go back so that perhaps sums up our opinion of the Hotel Garden. They also our arranged our airport transfers and both journeys went without a hitch.

What’s not to like about the Hotel Garden? Maybe if I’m pushed the room cooling is a little noisy but that’s really nit picking.

Pool area lovely. Just a short walk to the lake. Spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and accommodating.

Very dated and tired, needs updating. Bar, lounge and breakfast room fine but our room was very dated and uncomfortable. Bathroom was old and shower was tiny. Toiletries very poor. Breakfast was nice but not much choice of pastries and eggs only hot offering. Very expensive and not at all value. Disappointed. Had an inland room overlooking car park. Can’t speak for pool view rooms.

Greta recreational facilities, clay courts, fully equipped gym, fantastic pool and terrace conveniently located behind the centre of town.

Perfect location for easy access to Garda village. Amazing breakfast with a perfectly cooked omelette. Hotel offered free bike rental which makes it possible to do a lake side commute to Lazise passing multiple beach bars and restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Hotel could consider to upgrade their room bathrooms but that’s just me being difficult. Still highly recommend to stay here.

This is a family owned hotel, good size and style, relaxed, very kind staff, polite and service minded. Very clean.Super breakfast, all you need and wish for. The hotel is situated in center of Garda, beutiful garden, close to everything and at the same time withdrawn and silent.This is a perfect place for exploring Garda city and surroundings.A home away from home.We will definitely return!

The staff could not do more to help, really friendly and polite.Free city bikes.Great views from the pool area and the lake facing rooms.Relatively quiet location but still very close to the lake.The rooms were serviced very well and promptly everyday while we went to breakfast.

In general the hotel needs an update, everything from the TV in the rooms, the rooms and decoration to the pool area and the dining/breakfast room. There was no laundry service available which we really needed as we were away for a few weeks.There was no evening meal service.

We were on the second floor and the Wifi was very poor - unusable. The room balcony was very nice but would have been improved further with a balcony light for evening. No food was available in hotel in the evenings during our stay.

Dated hotel, especially bathroom , still have shower in bath with shower curtain.Needs modernising.

Great stay experience. Personal care by the hotel staff. A very well-equipped gym. Close to restaurants and entertainment venues.

Very nice hotel, nice pool and only 3minutes by foot to the Lago

More cheese, sausage, salmon, etc would be nice for breakfast, but maybe only limited because of covid
