Hotel Eden Garda

Excellent location , staff especially Ana were friendly & pleasant . But she chatted & interacted with us , always had a nice smile.View from our room was beautiful & immaculate.

Uncomfortable mattresses, didn’t want to complain as the view from room , made up for it .Good choice at breakfast, but same choice every day.

Great room air conditioning. Helpful and pleasant staff. Parking garage. Quiet rooms.

Bathroom was very crowded because of the toilet position creating a tight passage between the lavatory counter. No coffee machine in room. Breakfast fruit had no taste; very bland.

The breakfast was not a highlight but was adequate. Not a great choice of cereals and a limited cooked breakfast.

We were happy with every thing. We did find the location a bit out of the way especially as the walk back to the hotel from the lake was uphill and in the heat it was tiring. There was a free shuttle but it was not always available when needed. A purely personal point which spoilt things for me was the pool was too deep for me to put my feet down so I ( and a few other ladies who were not confident swimmers) couldnt use the pool.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful! Good food at the hotel and very accommodating! Fresh towels everyday! Beds were comfy and great views from outside by pool area! We were dropped to the bus service for free no extra charge! Amazing hotel and very reasonable! I will be back to stay again in the future!

Breakfast was very good. The pool was very nice. The shuttle into Garda center and back is really a great offer.

at breakfast the service for coffee was terrible. Just one machine for the whole breakfast room with a bus full of German pensioneers, many of them not able to use the coffee machine. That was tough. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes until we reached the just one machine. Unexceptable. There was an ordinary old style coffee maker left of the noisy machine, but the staff did not feel any reason to refill that coffee maker. Very strange. Also nobody of the staff did feel the need to help the helpless older people.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff nothing too much of a problem. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Quiet and relaxing. Handy shuttle service into Garda. Easy walk into town, but harder on way back uphill if not using shuttle. Roof top jacuzzi and sun terrace. Had superior room with view over lake

Great staff, great location and facilities, breakfast was better than expected lots of options, good drink options at bar and staff very nice, room cleaned everyday

Rooms were very noisy any time any other guest left their rooms or moved chairs etc in rooms could hear everything, woke up a few times with the nose of other guests coming in and out of their rooms.

Good communication with reception answering emails promptly. Had airport transfers worked perfectly, all the staff a credit to the hotel, used the shuttle bus daily, enjoyed the grounds and the pool, great views on the rooftop. Dining breakfast and dinner very good with special mention to smiley Nicole. Would stay there again.

Hooks in the bathroom, shelf in the shower would be good, very minor, not deal breakers.

Breakfast and staff fantastic.

No dairy free dessert options at dinner. Everything was creamy, which was a problem as my daughter has a dairy allergy. Just one option without cream would have been great.

The room was too hot , although I requested a cool room when I booked but still put me in the hottest room of the hotel. After two nights of not sleeping at all , I asked them again to move rooms. And they did. Apparently all staff members in the hotel know that 207 is the hottest room !!

Room was very clean and spacious. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facility in the hotel were all good. Environment was very relaxing

It’s kind of far from the town, but the hotel does provide shuttles to and back from the town.

Clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely ald has a resort vibe.

Road noise can be a bit of an issue if you are looking for some quiet time especially near the pool but rooms are well insulated so you don't hear it at night.

Good value. Food excellent. V helpful staff. Not in the town but an easy walk down. Courtesy bus service available
