Bathroom was a little too small but it was good overall

great location, close to shops, and restaurants close to the ferry and bus station good breakfastgood wifi

Unfortunately, there was no hot water available for two days. The hotel’s only response was a generic apology "Sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for your understanding", which did not address the issue appropriately. This was quite disappointing, especially for a hotel stay.

Great location - very central and easy to get to.

The air conditioner in my room was incredibly noisy. It rattled loudly when I turned it on, so I went to the front desk to see if anything could be done about it. I was told that the maintenance team had gone home and that someone would look at it the next day. This was at 14:30. I asked if there was anyway this could be sorted sooner as I wouldn’t be able to sleep with it on due to the noise, but equally wouldn’t be able to sleep with it off as it was very hot. I was told they would get someone to come look at it that day, but no one ever turned up to fix it which was incredibly disappointing.

Cleanliness standards are high, comfy bed and pillows, great quality and very soft towels (which I personally appreciate and give a higher rate for).Polite and friendly staff... and the location is a bonus, right by the lake. What else can one ask for?! :)

Nothing to do with the accomodation... but the neighbours were very noisy.

Loved the location. On the lake side, a few minutes to bus terminus. We caught a bus direct from the airport to garda, then a few minutes walk to the hotel; excellent. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, lovely orange juice. Loved the patio balcony to sit on in the evenings overlooking the square where opera singers were performing on the Saturday we arrived; what a great start to our break.

Would've liked amenities to make a hot drink. Maybe kettle, etc, in the room.

Very good location. The staff is very helpful. They manage to assist us the best way even during our late check-in. The bedroom is pleasant, and the breakfast is good.

The bathroom could be improved.

The location was amazing, it was so close to the lake and restaurants.The staff members at reception were really friendly and helpful.The bed was comfy and the room was quiet, clean and had incredible air-con which was much appreciated in the 30 degree heat.There was a decent selection of items for breakfast including cooked breakfast, cereals, pastries, coffee, juices and yogurts. However there could have been more fruit.

The bathroom was outdated and in need of modernisation.There was no lift, which was fine for us. However, it would not be accessible for disabled guests or guests who are less mobile.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Veranda at front to look out on the harbour.

Kitchen fan beginning at 6am work is up every day. Staff were sorry about it but unable to move our room. Breakfast didn’t have any fresh fruits. Shower and toilet were very small in bathroom.

Good location, near by restaurants, shops. Beds with comfortable mattrass..Big taras with beautiful view of lake Garda. I recommend this hotel.

Fridge with drinks to pay.! It's put me down in this booking.

Shower was tiny and towels not great quality.Light switches in room took a bit of working out ?Breakfast ok but ‘hot’ items never that hot. Would have liked more choice of breads
