    Pros +

    • The hotel is very nice and beautiful with garda lake view. Very close to the center and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing!
    • The food was excellent and the room was spotlessly clean
    • Fantastic view from the hotel, very spacious rooms with comfy beds, great variety of food for breakfast. Lovely staff, and close to the centre, 5' walk.

    Cons -

    • I felt that all the staff were watching to see if we didn't sign the bill to our room. My wife was shouted at by one of the staff to 'SIGN' on day one. We had some food waiting for our room to be ready. I was following just behind with every intention of doing so. Not a good look on arrival! Completely different to our last visit 10 years ago where the staff couldn't have been nicer and friendly. Sorry but we both felt that we were treated as thieves in waiting, with no justification! Shame as everything else was excellent
    • All was good.
    • Nothing!

Relaxed, great staff, little extras thrown in, close to town.

    All was good.

Superb property. Great location at the edge of town and close to the ferry terminal. Lovely room, ultra clean. Excellent breakfast and friendly and efficient staff. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Garda.

Fabulous pool area and terraces with a raised view of the lake. Hotel was very clean. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location.

    Nothing!

We liked our big room and balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The pool area was nice.Easy walk for the ferry or into Garda.

We had a couple of cold rainy days and there was no facility for heating the bedroom which was freezing cold.We didn't like the constant road noise while relaxing by the pool and the sunbeds were uncomfortable. Not much option for my gluten free breakfast and one of the waiters put some ready toasted bread in a packet with my gf options, fortunately we realised it was not gluten free. When I pointed this out his response was " no problemo" even though I would have been extremely ill if I had eaten it!

The hotel was within easy walking distance for local town, it was well maintained and kept very clean and tidy. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful and pleasant. Pre arrival they did all they could to ensure that we had a stress free transfer and a room that suited our needs.

A gym would be a nice added extra

    9GabrielPosted on: 8-17-2024

All staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel within easy walk to Garda Town. Facilities immaculately clean. Food at breakfast and evening to a very high standard.

    10SuzannePosted on: 8-7-2024

Fantastic location in Garda with a short walk to the town, ferry port and beaches. Gorgeous views of the lake from the pool area, staff were accommodating and friendly. Relaxing atmosphere throughout. Great personal, thoughtful finishing touches/additions in the room too.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly

I couldn’t find any available room other than the economy one and you should never reserve it, it was so small (12 sqm) and not comfortable. One more thing I didn’t like is that you can’t open the window since a lot of insects will get in immediately.

    7WaynePosted on: 7-25-2024

    It was clean

The room we stayed in was far to small. you havr to walk sideways to get past the bed as the room is at small for the bed You can only get food at night from 7:00 8:30 don’t go to the restaurant at 8:10 as the manager look at like it a crime to eat

Location was convenient to town centre of Garda. Food and restaurant service very good. Cleanness of the hotel spotless well done to cleaning staff

Unwelcoming front desk staff, lack of communal, areas only became apparent during period of bad weather, strict rules around pool access. Partial sea view room not worth the extra expense as view dominated by massively overgrown trees all around the hotel

    8RichardPosted on: 7-13-2024

Great location, stunning views, lovely communal decor, & a great terrace for breakfast

The evening meals had to be taken inside & not using the beautiful outside terrace with stunning views - crazy & so frustrating. No ironing facilities in the whole hotel. Wanted to charge you €8 per item to get it ironed so that would be £250 for a couple’s clothes for a week. The rooms are too small for the quality of hotel & you’re falling over yourself trying to move around. The pool towels look faded & feel past their best.

    Great stay

Evening meal a bit challenging. One night absolutely nothing I liked in 5 courses.Too Italian

    10AnnaPosted on: 7-6-2024

The hotel was beautifully clean, our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking lake Garda and pool. The rooms were made up everyday, breakfast was lovely and plentiful kept us going for a good few hours. At 5pm they offer free bitesize cakes, snacks and hot drinks.Friendly staff, bar prices only a few cents more than bars in town. We had a couple of evening meals at the hotel which were excellent.Short 5 minute walk to the ferry and town and you can walk along the promenade to Bardolino about 50 ?min stroll and we got the ferry back.Absolutely fabulous hotel, location and would return if we went back to the same town.

Lounge/bar area lacked atmosphere and seemed under furnished.I didn't find the furniture very comfortable either

    10ConniePosted on: 7-1-2024

Where to start - this hotel is fantastic. We had half board , so I was a bit skeptical about dinner but let me say WOW! 4 courses - fine dining with a choice of 3/4 things for courses. Food was phenomenal. Breakfast - so much choice and all tasted superb. 4 o'clock they bring out coffee/tea and selection of cakes and sandwiches. We had lunch a couple of days and their salads were gorgeous. Even drinks were not stupid prices - roughly what you would pay here in the city. Staff could not do enough for you. Tables are reserved for you so there is no jostling for a table. Minibar in room which had water and juice for free. Water replenished everyday.Location - perfect. 5 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants and ferry terminal on your door step so quick and easy access . Excellent spot. Pool small but enough for a dip. Can't really fault anything. Will come back here for sure.

    10WilfriedPosted on: 6-19-2024

Excellent choice , lots of fresh fruit

Needed a freezer compartment in the fridge to put my knee ice packs in as I suffer with knee osteoarthritis

    10KatiePosted on: 6-17-2024

It’s small and intimate and very well planned

Unless you get the front bedrooms overlooking the pool the balcony was very small

    9RogerPosted on: 6-13-2024

Great position just out of the village of Garda. Clean, modern, friendly hotel. Good breakfasts.

The access to the entrance is up a steep slope or steps. This was not a problem for us but would be if guests had mobility issues.
