Hotel MABI

The place is clean and the rooms are comfortably sized. I loved the rain shower head. Breakfast is very good.

Breakfast starts at 8 AM so you have to skip it if you want to start early on the Camino.

The room and the bath. I was allowed to check in early and check out late which was much appreciated.

The location which was on a busy road away from other facilities. The hotel restaurant was empty apart from one other diner. The young lady serving was miserable, so much so that, despite being seated, I decided to leave and walk in a storm to Lidl to get some food.

The room and bathroom were large, and I had. Room with a balcony (I vape, and the balcony was welcome).Staff very friendly (albeit some language issues).The breakfast was better than I expected, and the filtered coffee was hot and excellent.

The hotel was about 1km from the CBD, which is no big deal really.Road noise when balcony door was open, but completely silent when closed (good double glazing).

I am a regular traveller but make comments infrequently. This is a gem of a small hotel, about 1 KM from Valença - bright, modern, spacious, quiet air-conditioned bedrooms, with a nice restaurant downstairs. Carla, the host, is personable and helpful. Value for money in the area: 10/10

When very hot, the trek into town can be uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for us. The hotel was very clean and the pool was an added plus for us and our kids. Also, the owners and staff were all so nice.

It's a good hotel with clean, tidy bedrooms and bathrooms, and the breakfast is well-stocked. I would recommend staying here.

We liked everything!

Modern and clean. Spacious room. Pool and sunbathing area clean and very welcome in the heat. Breakfast highlight was the fruits. 1km walk to the fort area, a couple of supermarkets on the way.

Excellent welcome and service from lovely hosts. Spotlessly clean rooms. Brilliant location, close to train station and Camino route. It has an amazing restaurant with superb food. Breakfast is included too and a very welcome pool. Excellent value!

It would be easier for guests and better for the environment to have a shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower, rather than ‘disposable’ plastic sachets. We would have liked to have bedside lights and a kettle in the room

nice room. quiet hotel. good restaurant. friendly staff. 1k outside the fort, but that was is not a problem, and meant it was peaceful.

Best hotel I've ever been staying at for an absolutely affordable price including a rich breakfast, swimming pool outside and absolutely cosy room with everything you can dream of which made me feel very comfortable. The towels were just the softest I've ever had, I had an amazing stay. Highly recommend it!

Lovely new hotel. The tile work is amazing, the room was spacious, and the views are amazing. I didn't try the pool, but it did look very nice. The breakfast was very nice as well.

The location wasn't very close downtown. Not many restaurants are nearby. Otherwise, as I stayed on a Monday, many that were nearby were not open. Including the hotel restaurant, which was disappointing.

Location.was out of town on a busy road, but frankly it didn't really matter as the rooms were sound proofed, the pool and lounger area backed onto gardens , and they organised a lift into town.
