Pathetic. Manager was ill behaved.

The manager misbehaved with the kids and with us and threatened to throw us out if kids made noise. We left the hotel immediately. I would not recommend for families with kids.

Room was warm, comfortable and quiet. Well positioned for restaurants and Villa Pompeii

Water was tepid in the shower, water ran through all the time even after it was supposed to have been fixed. Information on room facilities needs updating. Very expensive for the service provided.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and managed to get two rooms that could communicate one with the other. Someone even offered chocolates to the children. Decoration for Christmas was very nice.Breakfast brunch was very nice and complete. Rooms were big (level 2 rooms) and classy. Bed very comfy. Shower was big enough for two (kids) with a lot of water pressure. Casino is really through the hotel hall and attached to the hotel: a jacket is not even needed.

… nothing! The only back dot is that we didn’t time enough to test the spa ?

It is a fine hotel, nice staff, great rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast.

The no noise room was good, as we could sleep well with no noise from outside or inside the hotel. The room was nice size, the bathroom was a nice size, although toilet inside the bathroom. The beds were comfortable.

The coffee / tea supplied in the room was dismal. One Peppermint an one Breakfast tea bag , 2 coffee capsules. For a 4 star I would expect a variety so that at least what I have at home is in the room, then paper cups! I was shocked. Precisely 2 expresso and one large. This is really what will make sure I don't book here again. We also had to request bathrobes. We stood at the reception for 10 minutes, no one came to help, we then lost our dinner reservation due to this wait, and had to go back to reception on our return from a different restaurant to request the bathrobes, so that these were available to use at the SPA. We booked massages, and it was more an oil rub, not a proper massage, even after requesting the therapist 3 times to apply more pressure. Breakfast. No chef to cook an egg or make a nice omelette, dried out cheese omlettes were served. We could have bought the same food at Auchan and placed it on a plate!. Not what I would expect from a 4 star establishment

Friendly welcome of staff, modern, clean hotel room. Good parking and close to various restaurants. Overall, great value.

The bathroom shower was not working correctly, being jammed on very hot, so unusable (faulty thermostat). Reception offered to change rooms, but we had just completed unpacking so decided to use the bath instead

The size of beer glass offered would not quench the thirst of a midgie.

The location.

The breakfast was not breakfast. The machine was broken for the pancakes and no one informed us.

Clean Freesh roms, nice breakfast, good parking, good located, comfortable bed woth blanket.

Square pillows, and the shower got water on the floor.

The room was nice and bright.

The shower and bath taps were hard to work.

Comfortable bed

Located in a sleazy area adjoining a casino. No restaurant. The room was without drinking glasses and drinking water. Minibar empty, toilet flushing all night. Truly awful hotel.

very Good Hotel with everything you need around in only 2 minutes walk. The breakfast has all the necessary and good quality. People are really kind and a big thanks for this.

Decoration of the room and some materials needed to be changed; as towels (one cracked in my hand without a major effort ), some finishing materials of bathroom.

Lovely hotel, comfy beds and nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Loads of free parking right outside. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but there's plenty of choices nearby. Access to the casino is off the lobby if you want to go.

The room had a very good size and the bed wa super confortable. We stay there only for a couple of busy days but recommend when visiting the area because the location and the facilities are super nice. We were on the top floors and the view to the forest was also cool. We will go back when in the area and try the spa.

Clean, huge rooms, fantastic shower, strategic position. With casino and near the zoo. Raccomended!

The hotel looks good, it’s located in a quiet, green area, next to the casino and with several good restaurants around (Chinese, Japanese). The breakfast was rich in pastries of very good quality.

Although the breakfast was ok, we were surprised that there were no vegetables/salads at all. The assortment of salamis and cheese was quite limited. All this for 18 EUR per person.
