Very comfortable and clean apartment . It was not only a big room, it has a kitchen!

Room size, cleanness

The room was actually a suite. It was spacious. The kitchen area was adequate but not generously furnished. The street outside was not noisy. The bed was comfortable; the sheets were clean. The receptionist was very nice, charming actually, and I saw that she was very patient with a couple that had a lot of questions. That was a big plus. This was the least expensive place close to the border with Switzerland and an excellent value for what we paid. There are also many attractive and economical restaurants in the area...another big plus. I would stay there again.

The room had water damage that had not been repaired. This left the carpet with huge stains and gave the feeling that the place was poorly maintained. Also, someone had been smoking in the hallway. The ventilation in the hall was non-existent, so it stank there (but not in the room). There were marks from a glass or bottle on the night table next to the bed, which also gave the feeling of not being well cleaned. Ok, but it wasn't really dirty either, in the grand scheme of things. I'd rate it "acceptable", and keep in mind the very economical price! I would stay there again.

Room was clean but smelled like cigarettes

Smell of cigarettes and very strongly food smells. Seemed like there were people partying in the rooms for multiple days

Breakfast was decent and staff nice.

Room was very dirty. Mainly the carpet. there were many stains. It seems it had never been washed. Very unappealing.

The first room I had was very dirty. Carpet especially bad. Then about halfway through the stay half the electric in room stopped working so I had to switch. A pain.Then new room didnt have basics. There was no coffee maker, hand towel, no sponge to do dishes. All the first had that.I had to pay a pet fee for a service animal and wasnt disclosed up front what it was.But why I hated my experience was the cleaning staff. I had my privacy sign up and they kept ignoring it and bothering me. I work across time zones and was royally pissed.

The entire apartment smelled like cooked food from the moment I entered, and the smell never went away during my stay.At night, the fire alarms kept going off. It was not only unpleasant—it was terrifying to be asked to leave the room in the middle of the night, especially when it became clear the alarms were false. They kept ringing nonstop until the firefighters arrived and shut down the system completely. The apartment was very dirty, especially the kitchen and the items in it. I’ve included a photo as proof.The internet connection was good, and the location is convenient for exploring Geneva and the surrounding area. The underground parking garage connects to every floor of the hotel, which was helpful.

It desperately needed renovation. Worn out apartment. Smelly kitchen. Dirty bathroom and shower. Hairs on the ceiling!!

The location is very near to Geneva

Parking of the appart'city was full and not available. There are limited parking places in nearby locations. I parked my car around 1 km away in Swiss border.

outdated, noisy at night, busy area

Quiet, well connected via tram to Geneva city centre in about 20 min. Clean room and bathroom, clean towels and bed linen. Nice free soap on walls.

The hob extractor needed a bit of a clean really, when on it smelled greasy. The top cabinets in the kitchen needed also cleaning. Cooking pans were generally a bit old, but overall was not too bad.

The room was really warm in summer. The air conditioner was not working. Already asked the staff but he said the whole building dont have air conditioning.

My room was 217. Its sink faucet in the bathroom didn't have a hot/cold control, so only cold water came out.

Natural lighting, good kitchenette, friendly staff

The place was spacious and easy to locate.

Staff not able to speak english so difficult to communicate with them when you need assistance.

Room card malfunctioned and we were told we would have to pay 50€ to re-enter our room at 9 PM

Bedding was very clean

Cleaning frequency is vert low. Kitchen utensil not adequate.
