Everything as expected. Rooms are in good shape and prices are fair. Free parking is very convenient.

Breakfast could be a little better, lack of staff meant that tables wouldnt get cleared.

I didn't have a vehicle which meant it was hard to get to and from. My own fault, should have checked this more.

Comfortable room and beds. Had a great night sleep and offered good value. Had a nice meal downstairs in the restaurant as well.

I was a bit concerned about the location driving in at night time, but it turned out ok.

Good location by car - near the motorway. There are ample parking places around the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good quality. I recommend this hotel when you travel in the surroundings.

The bed could be bigger (wider).

Nice receptionist and free parking lot, pay for the hotel when we arrive at the the hotel. The location is convenient if you drive to Chamonix or Mont Mont Saleve.

When we move in the room and found out the bed was not cleaned. Some body hair in bed can be seen. Plastic chair is not cleaned either. AC was not working. The hotel is located in the area when you get to it by going through a long road with the limit of 30 Km/h and several bumps. Although it is free parking lot it is not easy to find a vacant lot when you come back in the evening. If you want to drive to Geneva you need to spend some time in a long queue when passing the Swiss Custom Control. In the canteen the only one coffee machine was not working on that day a young female canteen staff told us no hot water for tea. Then we went back to our room to bring some hot water for our breakfast tea. However she brought a cup of hot water from the kitchen to a guy sitting just in front of us. I felt unfairly treated. If you want to eat fried egg you need to cook it by yourself. The room is poorly maintained and equipped cheap plastic chairs. The hotel is marked 4 star. According to my experience of two nights stay it is equivalent to 2 star.

Room tired. Carpet stained in several places. No hot water early evening.Short staffed in resteraunt when we were there.

Good location close to motorway and airport. Interlinking rooms made it easy as we were travelling as a family of 5. Dinner menu was reasonably priced and good food.

Breakfast was really expensive for 5 of us - it would have cost almost 100 euros! So we opted to go to a local bakery instead once we checked out.

The receptionist forgot to order the taxi for next day, so we almost missed the flight.

Clean, comfortable and well run hotel with very good location. The staff at the hotel are courteous and always ready to help. Ground floor room has been completely renovated with very nice bathroom.

Nothing to report for this well run hotel. Tea or coffee bags for a late night or early morning cup-a would have been great.

Breakfast went well! The room and bed was clean and comfortable. It was easy to control the room temperature.

Some facilitities in the room were poor eg. toilet tissue was so thin, no milk or cream for tea/coffee, no hair conditioner in the bathroom, shower gel had not been refilled! For the price of the room, it could have been better!

Exterior looks horrific but hides a lovely interior
