It is 0.6 mi from Aquarium des Lagons and a short walk from a variety of restaurants and bars. All air-conditioned studios offer electric window blinds and a private bathroom with a shower. Guests have access to a self-service laundry, charges apply. Free WiFi is available. The property's focus is on a relaxed environment and wellness. They can arrange sessions with a shiatsu/relaxation therapist and massage practitioners. It is 10 minutes’ drive from the ferry terminal. Noumea international Airport is 40 minutes’ drive away.

- I'm a repeat guest. The property is exceptionally well located, great value and kept spotlessly clean. A few minutes walk to the beach one way, a few minutes the other way to Port Plaisance shopping centre (Supermarket). Bus stop at end of street. Nicolas (manager) and his team work very hard to keep the hotel running smoothly in what is a difficult time economically for New Caledonia after the events of May 2024. Great suggestions given for local places to dine out (not in tourist zone) plus other local intel. Will happily recommend and look forward to my next visit.
Cons -
- Nothing really. Perhaps the locally produced toilet paper supplied? The rolls are small lol. Marina Beach is a basic, clean apartment hotel and like all Pacific Islands sometimes things break / get stolen by guests and replacement items are hard to source locally.
