Terrible from start to end, no English speaking so had to take help from booking.com to get help get back our requested

Two days before our arrival we got an email of confirmation of changed dates for our stay. We obviously didn’t change those dates our selves but the hotel made that. It then took us over 1 day of stress trying to get this sorted via help from booking.com. The hotel tried to make us change room preferences etc which we declined but in end also didn’t get the required beds we booked. Also one day when we during the day wanted to get back into hotel, the receptionist was missing, hotel shut and gates shut to get into parking. We had to call them and they turned up after half an hour to lock up and let us in again. Terrible wifi connection. Couldn’t get it to work. Cold showers, didn’t get the rooms that we booked and paid for. Instead of a double bed we got a twin bedroom.

Very relaxing welcoming. Quietness of the area. Modern building with good windows and nice room size.

The pillow was too stiff to my habits but could be ok to others :)

This is not fancy, but does not need to be. A road-side stop. Clean rooms. Cheap beer. Good food.

Very easy to find, secure parking friendly people and good English spoken. Bed was very comfortable and despite being close to the motorway the soundproofing worked well and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was available as an extra. Not very well organised but only 3euros

Very simple hotel, good for a travel night rest. It matches the price, fair. Breakfast very poor.

The lack of public transportation

Its a small hotel near the highway, with good conditions, clean with a little restaurant, it's good if you want to make a break from your itinerary.

Good location regarding near main roads. Easy to find. Great staff. Clean, tidy and mod rooms.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent staff, very helpful. Superb value for money. Just off the autoroute so very easy to find. Would highly recommend.

Luis did everything he could to keep me happy.
