Breakfast ....very basic

Buffet breakfast, typically Spanish and great! The town of Fortuna appears to be very industrial, with construction material production being the main business. It appears to be a relatively new town so not much character and the hotel is situated out of town on a busy main road. Presumably the hotel is to cater for business travellers.Dinner in the terrace restaurant was pretty good. Not so if you are Vegan or Veggie!

Usual stuff like shower fell of the wall and squirted around the bathroom .. Might be good to sort that. Being British, Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice.

Overall, great. The spa tub was fabulous. The size of the room was nice and the staff was great.

The beds were a little hard. It was out of the way a ways but the price and other amenities made it worth it.

Lovely staff and beautiful hotel, plenty of on site parking. Rooms were very spacious and spa bath in the room is amazing! There is a great bar and restaurant on site too! Balcony an added bonus!

It's a shame the pool was closed (although we were pre warned of this before).It took us ages to find - I don't know if the postcode is right on this website as our sat nav kept taking us to a completely different location, we had to use our phones to pin point the hotel to eventually find the place

Location, staff

They were having a wedding at the time of our stay that went well into the night, very loud as it is part of the bar/ restaurant area and hotel. The a/c in the room didn't work at all. Just make sure they aren't having a party before you book in the future.

A big spacious room, a very nice veranda with a table and 2 chairs, and nice view. a nice bathroom. 2 sinks, and big. Our room was quiet.

The entrnce to the hotel is badly neglected with cheep plastic benches and lots of ashtrays with sigaretts. Plastic lawn.... There was actually no lobby, and the entrance lacked any charm to say the least. Like a cheap hostel. The room which was big and well furnished reeked of terrible toilet spray that was scattered around the room. Opening doors and windows didnt help. That was the worst part. The hotel could be really nice - but needs a good managing, some style in the entrance - outside and the lobby. The shower has a lot of water minerals on the taps, the glas door of the shower not throughly cleaned. Small towls.

Have the Tapas, and let the waitress choose the dishes, they took great pride in that and looked after us excellently.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The cafeteria did nice meals at an affordable cost and breakfast was buffet style and had fresh breads, fruits and coffee.

Really friendly stuff, great breakfast, enough free parking.

A little bit noisy on the roadside, luckily we managed to change the room.

Spacious and clean accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff. We checked in the early hours of the morning due to a late flight arrival and service was exceptional. Lovely selection of food for breakfast too

Definitely not a four star establishment.Not able to lock balcony door due to a missing handle, ash tray on the balconies, despite notices stating a no smoking establishment.Situation of toilet, very tight area, and towel rail for giants. Far too high up on the wall for a 5'3" person. Needed to kneel on the toilet. Missing light bulbs above one wash basin.Damage to desk and under mini fridge.Large amounts of cigarette ends outside hotel entrance due to big groups smoking right next to the automatic doors.No residents lounge/bar, only a bar/ cafeteria used by local residents.Lovely dining terrace, but situated alongside the outside terrace of the bar/ cafeteria, with large groups of smokers each night of our stay.TV didn't work, but only five Spanish channels anyway.

Rooms on one side of the building suffer from heavyrock traffic noise - on the Other side og the building there is no Sun.Pool is part of an adjoning spa complex and is only open weekends

It is a little bit out of the way, I guess that is reflected on the pruce

Lovely room. good air con. comfy bed. nice breakfast. swimming pool is open to the public so was very busy. spa pool indoors and was much quieter

jacuzzi spa bath with shower over it. slippery. and no way to hang the shower head on the wall so difficult to shower whilst holding the shower head in one hand. have to pay for xtra to use the pool and the spa.

The staff was nice. The room size were good.

There was a strange smell, very strange, between burnt cigarette butts and barbeque. Didn't go away even when airing the room.

Wonderful service, the staff was so accommodating! The food was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The wifi coverage was a little spotty so that could've been better.

The accommodation was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful selection at breakfast. Would recommend.
