i loved the comfortable beds and the clean room . It was nice with a balcony.

the balcony could have been cleaner, because there were bird shit on the chair and railing. Otherwise it was clean

Clean, elegant looking and well maintained.The staff were also really great to us as well.

Make sure not to mistake it with a different “gasthaus schuzenhof” that is 25 minutes away by car, they told us there that 3 different groups made this mistake (like us) in the last month.

Food and service in restaurant were great. Quick and easy check in. Small trampoline and go-cars for kids.

No issues with accommodation.

The location, quietness, cleanliness

Very very bad experience

First time we stepped in hotel they told us to pay the city tax and also told us if you leave now is no problem. We went to the room and realised was not as clean as we paid €230 per night without breakfast. Went to bathroom and was no hair shampoo and no body shampoo because bottles were empty. Also the pillows the worst ever pillows i came by. In the room don’t even have cattle with coffee or tea. I went to restaurant and told them table for three and ordered a pint of beer until my family came down and when i got my first sip i was told to free the table because I wasn’t eating even told them table for 3 persons. Unless you’re German or Austrian then don’t bother at all this all I can say. They don’t even have a menu in English and it’s a European country.

This hotel is generally beautiful and clean.The staff is NOT friendly and in some moments rude and rude (especially the lady with black straight hair - the administrator at the reception)We paid for 2 adults and one child and the bed was not prepared for a child. Check your accommodation bill carefully if you are on a business trip. Even if you provided a business card and filled in all the necessary fields in Booking.com, check the data. Summarizing my negative memories: 1 rude attitude of the administrator at the reception (a lady with straight black hair) 2 the stench of the cowshed is simply unbearable. The choice is yours, but I will not come here again.

1. The staff behaves rudely with customers.2. Breakfast - the price-quality ratio does not match. 18 euros for one egg and two types of cheese and salami is too expensive. My child does not eat breakfast, she does not like eggs. Since she can eat something from my plate with a GREAT desire. But when leaving the restaurant, the manager demanded payment of 18 euros for breakfast for the children because she was sitting at the table with us and eating with me. (Probably the administrator looked into my child's mouth ?) I note that the table was set for 2 people, so there were no utensils for the child. My opinion is that drinking a glass of apple juice for 18 euros for a child is very expensive. 3. Of course, I paid everything properly.4. All taxes and fees were included in the payment through the Booking.com application, BUT upon eviction I was required to pay an additional fee - a tourist tax

Location, views, staff

Everything. The staff, all the staff were amazing. They try to help as best as they can. The check in check out was smooth. The hotel was very tastefully modernised, refurbished and decorated. The beds were comfortable. Our room was a little small for our massive luggage but we managed to open the two big luggage, so that's fine. The location was good for us to explore the area for hikes and peaks. The restaurant served amazing food even better than the nearby restaurants that were rated higher. The restaurant staff were also friendly and efficient. Parking was ample. We had a great stay and will revisit again if we are in the area.

Too warm the room, the room was over the restaurant so a bit too noisy .

A very comfortable atmosphere, places to walk the dogs, a playground for the kids, delicious food, and a beautiful aesthetic.

The breakfast was a little pricey, but convenient and delicious.

Sometimes nobody is at the counter and you need to start looking for them, there is no bell to call someone.

We enjoyed our evening at the nearby swimming lake. Even though their breakfast is very basic but somehow we liked it. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Lack of basic needs in the room. It shouldn’t cost too much to put at least two glasses in a room so that you can drink water from a glass instead of a bottle.

Breakfast was correct, but I missed some BIO or at least some local food. There were mainly products from supermarket.

Bigger sauna.

Very clean and looks like it recently had some updates. Very friendly owner and staff.One night stay online as a stopover on our route, so really appreciated the quite surroundings.

The beds were a bit too soft for my liking.

Very nice stuff , good size room with balcony, very clean inside and outside. Close to supermarket and petrol station.

Hand wash disposal was empty

The hotel is situated in a central place and is perfect for day trips to near by places.

Amazing spa - super modern and large.
