The Place Boutique & Design Hotel Flachau

The Location was good. Easy Access to different nearby tourist destinations. I received all the services they mentioned on the booking, and I was happy because they welcomed us in a late arrival after 9 pm.

The most horrible experience I've ever had. I don't recommend the basement room. A very small room with a terrible smell because there is no normal ventilation. Very stuffy and feels terrible. Not worth even a third of the money. (I paid 120 euros per night)The shower head holder was broken, there was no hand soap or shower gel, microwave placed in front of the bed with a very bright light into the face).There was no way to complain because none of the staff was there. Didn't sleep all night because of discomfort.be careful.

We had a spider in the room ;-)For breakfast there was only cold options, but large selection so we did not mind.

The reception is open until 10 PM and it looked like if we arrive later, we would not get to the room. We finally managed by few minutes so it was OK.

It was a nice stay. Nice simple breakfast, very comfortable bed and cool balcony.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as we'd hope

Location fantastic- staff went out of their way to help with ski rentals and lift passes

The only negative was room was small- it was advertised as small double so size was as expected- but it had everything you could need with the addition of a lovely balcony

We probably got the worst room in the attic with avery small bathroom The windows open onto a balcony that all guests have access to so you can't have the window open or open tha window shade and they play music on the balcony  at first we thought it was a nightclub next door No fridge or safe in the room, the same soap for the sink and shower we had to remember to move it between to use at the sink after showering Not very generous with towels, one day we left a towel on the floor but didn't get a new one until the next day The toilet was not cleaned the whole week we stayed at the hotel, the sheets were folded daily on the bed but and my nightgown thrown on the sofa very strange  We used our coats as pillows because it was not possible to get extra pillow because the hotel was full The breakfast buffet was very stale.. bread, cold cuts and yoghurt and if there were many people at the same time for breakfast it was very crampedThe style of the hotel is unattractive mirrors and blue led lights remind of a strip club what a shame because the location is good

third bed in the room was too small and very uncomfortable, the room is too small for more than two person.the hotel is really small, it has everything we needed but it is cramped.

awesome location in the middle of mountains, very nice children playground nearby, great choice of restaurants nearby too.

The location is great, Flachau is a beautiful place. No problem with parking, quick wifi, good breakfast.

The whole building smelled like cigarettes, the air in the room was really stuffy, the blue lights on the balconies are distracting at night.

Lovely location - stayed here for one night on our way to Italy.

We had a little toddler with us (1.5) and this is not the ideal place for staying with little kids.

Good location, garage for free parking, kind, helpful and English speaking staff, room with balcony. Good breakfast.

Double room for 3 was quite tough but it was my decision to book it like this. Sunday morning shift for breakfast couldn´t keep up.

The room was much too warm. I had 2 windows wide open all day and night, would be nice if it was possible to adjust the heating.

TOP Breakfast, good locations, only 250 steps to a nearest lift.

Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast in a comfortable restaurant, underground parking for free, with direct access to the hotel is an added value, very good location in the heart of the village on main street close to shops and restaurants. The interior design and purple illumination of hallways and common areas is quite specific and maybe not in everyone´s taste, but that has no impact on the overall feeling of a comfortable and clean place for a fair price

Good starting point to go skiing, garage available, modern hotel, friendly staff

Thin doors between our room and room next door so we could clearly hear each other was a bit disturbing.

The hotel is clean,convenient location, close to skilift and 2 good restaurants for dinner.

Breakfast poor for a ski hotel , the same every day, no warm food, and a surprising open at 7.30 , not very convenient for the ski day or leaving to airport.

Location is excellent. Balcony was also nice.

It felt like it was trying too hard to be modern. The lighting in and around the hotel was a bit obnoxious with bright lights even in the morning.

Too loud music until 1 o clock in the morning… cant get enough rest if it is skiing vacation
