The hotel is nice e and friendly, the staff is warm and welcoming.Breakfast is gr8 and rich.We came back to the same hotel twice during our road trip

The pillows needs serious improvement, any thing else was perfect and met our expectation

We (family of four, 2 year old and a baby) only stayed for a night and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is charming, beautiful pool, brand new playground and awesome breakfast buffet. Charging for e-cars is possible as well. They even added a step stool for our toddler in the bathroom.

- The rooms are outdated- Since the room faced the main street and the highway, there was a lot of noise. During the warm period, it was necessary to keep the window open, making it difficult to sleep.- On the first day, due to a late arrival, all dinner seats were taken. It would be helpful for the hotel to reserve seats for guests checking in later or to inform guests in advance about the dinner reservation policy.- The breakfast options were quite limited, offering few choices.

The staff is very friendly, food was very delicious, the rooms were extremely clean and tidy, with great view. Definitely hope to visit again.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful village. Very nice and clean room. Pool area was lovely and the kids enjoyed an evening swim. Really nice breakfast to.

No air conditioning in the room so it was a little warm at night(July)

The breakfast was all right. A bit reserved in the beginning as the hotel was only half full, but I always found it good enough for the day. Salty or sweat, you should be able to have your choice. Still, the breakfast clearly improved on the weekend.The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff got much friendlier towards the second half on my stay.The dinners were great and had a personal touch.

The staff was a bit tired in the beginning, but who knows, so was I. The rooms were very new and there was some noise from the street to be heard inside.

Very friendly and flexible. The breakfast was very good and clean rooms. The skibus stops next door and you can walk back from Apres Ski.

We booked last minute so The a la carte menu that was in the description wasn’t available as well as the games room area.

Great location in a touristic area of Flachau. Restaurants, bars nearby and many walking routes start/end at the village. Also, an easy 40 minute drive to Salzburg.

The mattresses were very firm to my taste.
