Ski bus stop right outside the hotel. Paulerei restaurant attacked and is very good food

Location, breakfast, service is very good.

Unfortunately, matrasses were really hard and we did'nt sleep well for a whole week. We had a room for 3 and our 16-year-old daughter did not have a proper bed, but a couch with a very thin matras on. That I found unfortunate for the price we paid and resulted in a bad sleeping experience.

The restaurant.

The room does not have any amenities (no toothbrush/toothpaste/slippers), no freezer, no coffee machine.

Nice,new modern hotel. Close to the motorway and easy to park right outside. Easy check-in, spacious clean room. Plenty of outside space to walk the dogs.

Although modern and clean, the room was a little spartan in feel. Some water and a fridge would have been helpful too.

Beautifully decorated hotel, comfy beds, shower works well with plenty hot water. Rooms quickly changed while we had breakfast. Lovely breakfast in hotel restaurant. Btw, restaurant serves food all day, wide selection. Lots of parking space, free.

The breakfast was a disappointment - the coffee was awful and there was no bacon, sausages, berries, avocado or omelette chef. We have been to the hotel lots of times in the past and it felt as though they had cut back on the niceties which previously made the hotel feel special. Breakfast also needs to be served earlier at 7am as the lifts open at 8am. The hotel feels very pricey compared to others we have stayed at in Flachau.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast and good location.

No coffee in the room, or the lobby, and the dining room only opens at 7:30 with only two coffee machines. That creates a line of people standing for their first coffee sip.

The hotel was clean and the staff were super helpful and nice.

It’s a two star hotel not four stars

The price is too high for one night , there are no hotel facilities like (pool, games for the baby ). Their breakfast is boring no thing new and tooo small no different choices. I am really upset that it cost that much. Also you need to double check the check out receipt because they charge us 30€ by more by mistake.

Breakfast was very satisfactory with lots of options

It seems as if there is no energy problems as everything is heated. I personally think the hotel was too hot and had to sleep with my bedroom door open as the rooms were boiling. I am sure you could save some money by reducing the temp slightly.

Great quality, service and clean. Very modern yet very personal and warm. Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet is excellent and bus stop to the Ski lifts is in front of the hotel!

We booked by accident room for only one person instead of two. So immediately after reservation we emailed and asked for double room for two people. Staff was very nice and called us that there was no problem and they would prepare us the “same” room but for two people. The price what we paid extra was higher than the price for the room for one person - doesn’t make any sense.. We checked the price difference between the single and double room on the same day and it wasn't double the price.The hotel is next to a cowshed. Be prepare that cows are not calm during a night.Breakfast was terrible. No fresh pastry, everythung was hard and nit possible to eat. Very small selection of food. Staff was checking how much food is there but never refilling it.

good location, breakfast was OK but the selection could be better. Beds are very comfortable, the furniture is modern, good size of the room.

small things - no separate shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom, no water glasses in the room. Spa area/ sauna would be nice to have.

Plenty of variety at breakfast and all our group thought it was excellent. Wide variety of cereals, fruits, yoghurts, breads, cold meats, cheese, eggs etc. Excellent range also of hot and cold drinks.

Electric car charging station. Good breakfast and good restaurant on-site. Comfy beds.

No sauna, wellness or pool on site.

Host/ manager and staff were very nice and helpful. Superb location. Room size is nice and big and breakfast was great.

The price turned out to be quite higher relatively to other places.Absence of laundry room... (we had to look for one 25 km from the hotel.
