The prime location, inviting facilities, delicious breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, and attentive staff exceeded all my expectations. Well done, team! The coffee from the coffee machine could be tastier . It’s not a big deal, we had tea instead, but a nice espresso would have been better.

Breakfast was great, wellness with pool very clean and neat, great for kids. Friendliness of staff exceptional, they even sent us toys that we forgot.

The room was clean and spacious, with daily cleaning service. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. We did not use the sauna, but having access to the indoor pool was great. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The Wi-Fi connection was sluggish, as often is the case. It was not possible to dine in the hotel itself, which would have added to the experience. Fortunately, there were plenty of options nearby.

A well-organized hotel with very friendly staff who are always ready to help you and their experience in caring for each guest is visible.An indoor swimming pool and a delicious breakfast with a view completed our satisfaction with our stay in this hotel. It is definitely recommended.

Ths hotel is located near the town church , which rings the bell every 15 min , waking you up at 6:00 am . This is a major issue , especially if your room is located in the church sideIn addition no refrigerator in the room.

My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant, though slightly disproportionate in terms of value for money. The highlights included a fabulous breakfast and a delightful afternoon snack, both of which were very much appreciated. Additionally, I was allowed to check in earlier than expected, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.

However, there were some drawbacks. I specifically chose this hotel for its wellness facilities and pool, as I was in need of relaxation between work commitments. Unfortunately, these amenities closed at 8:00 PM, a fact I was aware of beforehand. Despite online information suggesting the wellness area and pool would reopen at 7:00 AM, only the pool was available at that time; the wellness area remained closed. A pity, as the wellness had an overall great experience in this hotel. Furthermore, I found the room to be uncomfortably warm, and cooling it down proved challenging. Opening the window and balcony door helped, but it also exposed me to the noise from the nearby highway. Even after closing the door and window, the noise persisted, as did disturbances from noisy neighbors. It's unclear whether they were returning from a party or if the sound insulation simply wasn't sufficient.In summary, this hotel offers a pleasant experience with attentive staff and a delicious breakfast and fine wellness-area. However, my expectations regarding the facilities and comfort level may have been slightly too high.

The door to door bus service made the hotels location very good. It wasn’t that far to walk to the town/lifts anyway but it was a nice option.

Nothing really other than possibly the breakfasts were a little inconsistent (sometimes they had smoked salmon and bacon other days they didn’t)

Very kind and friendly personnel, nice and clean rooms and facilities, good quality of the breakfast.

The jacuzzi should be warmer and may be with less chemicals (I felt my eyes unpleasant because of this) and we lacked clean tea cups in the spa in the late afternoon, some variety of the breakfast would be appreciated.

Everything was excellent. Service, the people are very nice, the view is spectacular.

But I was missing two things in the hotel: a refrigerator + air conditioner in the room

Breakfast was lacking precision which for the price and the 4* is not something that should happen.

The room is nice and clean, the location is amazing. You also recive the free pass for the cable chair and that gives you a full day of activities.

Staff was very friendly and very responsive. Very nice views from the rooms and facilities. Great breakfast (incl gluten- and lactosefree options)

it’s a beautiful hotel overlooking the ski slopes from the opposite hill. The design modern and cosy, and the staff is very kind and responsive. The Spa is nice, and the bar as well with options for mid day and late night snacks. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices.

it’s 10 minutes walk to the ski lift, but you can take the free shuttle service.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, wide variety of fresh products, really perfect. And the Hotel staff was super nice and friendly, very supportive. Plus charging possibilities for Electric Vehicles!!

If the hotel would have an evening restaurant, it would have been perfect.

- very limited choices for evening meal - just a few bar snacks (carbs-based with no fresh vegetables)- no child menu or child-friendly options for bar snacks - no mini fridge in the room to keep medicines or any snacks or any cold drinks for the room - for a 4* hotel this facility should be expected- no kettle or possibility to make a tea or coffee in the room - for a 4* hotel this facility should be expected- very limited available toiletries in bathroom, of basic range (and we run out of soap very quickly!)- expensive stay for what was offered with the room - cold water in the swiming pool
