La Collina

La Collina is an extremely clean place, congratulations for that! The mattress was very comfortable. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. She recommended a very good restaurant and was available for all the questions I asked.

Secure parking. The bedroom and bathroom are both large and very clean. Lots of towels. The rooms is bright and the area very quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a snack, even comes with freshly baked croissants. There is a great Pizza place in 10 minute walking distance. Great to explore location to explore Lake Como.

The Hotel is good, clean, and the room was quite, enough for a quick stop. The lack of communication and the behaviour of the lady who answer was a very low point

The check in was not good, I arrived from Spain by car, as there was traffic I arrived by 22h I call the number, quite aggressive behaviour, the woman who answer the call was angry no wifi

Big room with balcony and nice view

Room was big and clean. Good private parking.

3rd floor with no lift with 3 small babies was hard. Location is in the middle of nowhere so mandatory to have a car. Breakfast is very bad, doesnt worth it. Nothing fresh, all packed stuff from lidl and a coffee machine. You might as well pick up the 5 eur from breakfast and go to lidl 3km away and buy whatever you want and your coffee. Staff was polite but not nice in general. Good for 1 night stay when visiting the area but WAY too expensive for what they offer..

Good mid-way location for the trip to Italy. Room was fine and there was 1 pizza place nearby. Quiet town.

We had noise from the room next door, someone was calling until midnight and the walls were very thin...

The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped for us three. Breakfast was great and enough choice.

The hotel was in a quiet area. It was very clean and comfortable. It was near the motorway so convenient for a stop over on our journey. The parking was spacious and was gated.

Be aware that check in is by 8PM and this is non negotiable. We were travelling a long way and only just made it, which added stress to the journey. Also, the breakfast wasn't great - lots of packaged cakes and pastries, but there was coffee:)

The hotel was located in a quiet location and offered fantastic secure parking facilities which I required. It was basic, but suitable for my needs. Would definitely stop here again.

The dogs in the local area seem to very social for a short period of the evening, but it settles down meaning it did not disturb my sleep.

Staff was friemdly and the room was very clean. Easy parking at location.

Bed and pillows were too hard. Hot water in the shower didn't work at 7 am (did work later). Not well isolated so there was quite some noise from the neighbours.

the balcony view is wonderful and the place quiet. I recommended if you travel by car.

Very convenient location when you're driving further south into Italy. Private pakring was definitely a plus.

The breakfast is typical small Italian breakfast but we missed black tea and a kettle (water had to be heated in the micro-wave).

Fino Mornasco are doing something to improve access to La Collina...but could do a lot more......

Not great

We arrived and nobody was in the reception. We had to wait almost 1 hour with our 5 months baby who was fussy already. We had to figure it out how to open the gate to enter to the parking spot. We called to the numbers written on the information part and nobody answered. Then, the girl from the reception arrived and she didn't even apologized for the delay.Apart from that, the room was too hot and there was no way to turn it down.

The staff not very friendly, didn't even greet you in the morning.Beds not so comfortable Old building with zero sound isolation, we could hear snoring, flushing from other rooms and people outside in the corridors.Very questionable breakfast: not fresh, not very healthy, artificial (meaning inside plastic packs) and also the coffee (which is something Italians are known for) was terrible - neither the cappuccinos nor the espresso were adequate. I stayed in other places for the same price and with a lot better quality, especially since this place was so far away from Como.I hope this review makes the business owners rethink their business model.

Very clean and spacious room, nice view of the nature by the window made the stay memorable. Washroom was also clean and comfortable. Almost every facilities were there including air conditioner, room heater, hair dryer, so no compaint...

Can't complain about anything, just a suggestion: a water boiler would have been a great add... in case someone wants a bed tea or coffee...

Nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Perfect for a night’s stay when in transit. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Nice perk is that there is a gate to park behind.

Thin walls, maybe not too comfortable for very light sleepers.

A good choice for a one night stop whilst travelling. Room was very large with a balcony and the hotel was spotlessly clean.
