Location, peaceful environment,

Bathroom door only closed halfway Very rickety cheap metal desk and shelfOnly 1/2 bottle of water offered! . No stores nearby to walk to so Bring your own water. Full bottle of water to have in room wouldn’t cost that much more !No tea kettle or even instant coffee It felt like they were trying to penny pinch on the wrong items.

On arrival, the reception, location, staff and presentation of the site was excellent, impressed with the whole layout and initial service, evening meal and first mornings breakfast, as well as the facilities were very good. The staff, both on reception, at breakfasts, and at checkout, were second to none and very astute to their guests.

First night, it became very apparent when the occupants next door arrived back late how much the sound travelled both on the balcony and from the adjacent room. The soundproofing between the 1 bed apartments is incredibly poor, and every word could be heard. The second night a different couple occupied the adjacent apartment, and the snooring kept us up throughout the night. Added to this, the blinds that take time to lower and raise have a noisy action, which didn't help. The second night, the lights were left on in the grounds, which illuminated the room, even with the blind down. The second mornings breakfast rolls were certainly not to the standard of the day before, and were very dry. Very critical I know as the place is very beautiful and well kept, but when both nights sleep were interrupted, it did make for a less than pleasant experience.

Beautiful location with lovely views. The staff were excellent and friendly. The suite had a fridge, glasses as well as tea/coffee & kettle. Plenty of choice at the continental breakfast.

The location is perfect! Surrounded in a beautiful nature with views to the sea and mountains. Perfect to relax. Lovely breakfast and nice size rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms and beds are rather small, limited choice of warm breakfast meals, no eggs to order have to press your own orange juice no espresso machine only brewed coffee.

Beautiful location and small-scale so that was great. Nice pool and enough outdoor space and sunbeds.

The only missing item was mini fridge in the room to cool water. In this type of hotel you would expect a refrigerator!

Limited choice for breakfast, more choices eg. boiled eggs, cereal and fresh fruit and different breads.

Booked for the third time as we have always had a good experience, however we will not return again.

Ants in the bathroom. Broken glass on the balcony. Dirty walls in the bedroom in need of a paint. The restaurant is apparently closed on a Sunday and Monday evening yet the website states open 8:30pm-10:30pm for evening meals with no mention of this and no signs up in the restaurant either Strangely enough this coincided with the Euro finals in our case, so when we checked in at 7:30pm on the Sunday we were told it was closed at 8pm but was open on Monday. Clearly the win was too much for the staff as it was not open on the Monday evening either!!!!!!!Breakfast was a shambles with not enough food on display to serve the guests present and a coffee machine that took 10 minutes to serve one coffee. Clearly the staff had not been trained how to use it as they just shrugged when asked for help. Beer bottles around the pool the first morning and every morning the tables were wet and dirty. The final morning there was food, glasses and wine bottles on the tables and we had to request the tables were cleaned before we could sit and eat breakfast. The receptionist was not bothered when we complained and just shrugged it off. This hotel used to be a joy to stop in, but I would never book to stay again. Certainly not a 3 star hotel.

It's a great quiet retreat with clean large rooms and beautiful views! The staff was also 10/10!

Had a lovely time for my sister's birthday. Joaquín welcomed us very warmly and took great care, we had everything we needed. Facilities and location are both superb and offer perfect tranquility, plus the hiking trails are only a few minutes away by car. Will definitely be back one day!

Very clean and contemporary accommodation. Lovely pool area with plenty of shaded seating areas also. Wonderful views of mountains and seas.

Such a wonderful place to stay for a few days and enjoy the view and nature, with the sea in the distance and Puig Campana towering over you in the back, Rooms were nice with their own terrace but also ample space to sit by the pool. There's trails in the neighborhood. Breakfast is good. Secluded. Finestrat is close by. It's a pretty town with some restaurants and small supermarkets.

Location, the staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Loved the suite layout & terrace Views & peaceful with stunning views. Great towels & robes. Water bottle in room.

The whole complex could do with some maintenance & TLC. A kettle, teas, coffees & cups in room would be handy. Outside lights need attention flashing continuously. Breakfast could have more choice. Fire in the suite didn’t work.

Breakfast is under the average : if you arrive too late there is no bakery left. A pitty.Kitchen is very small. If you reserve a bit late, you’ll hear that it’s full booked for dint. Not really a customer focused approach. Hotel is quite far from the village and then you have to take your car : not a great experience at all.

Fantastic place to have a relaxed stay. 0 noise, beautiful views, very friendly staff, great breakfast. A relatively small but clean swimming pool. 100% recommended.

Only one complaint, but it is to the architect: only 2 (max 3) electric outlets in the room! Seriously? And the wi-fi could be better. Otherwise, fantastic.

Nice, quiet location, nature pur. We had a spacious suite with comfortable beds, good equipment, huge balcony. The view over the valley to the sea is awesome.

The stuff, specially the blond, older lady, was not really kind. They only speak spanish. The dinner food from the menu is not recommendable. Pretty expensive and mostly not good. We had a lot of ants in our room, but this is ok, it's nature.

Great location, nice and clean room, nice poolThe responsible staff person is very much customer oriented: he is supportive, is always helpful. We had a claim concerning the evening dinners and this was properly handled by the staff.

The half pension is not worth it, certainly not for several days due to lack of variety. Not good value for money. We did it for 3 days and then stopped it also because the evening service at the restaurant was very lousy.Some staff member did not speak even one word of English. The hotel did not meet our expectations due to the half pension. If we would not have chosen the half pension the hotel would have met our expectations.
