Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice and good coffee.

At arrival they gave us a smaller room as ordered. It was only when we wanted to rest that we noticed the bedding had not been changed and was actually dirty. Thankfully, the reception staff quickly resolved the issue by changing us to a larger, cleaner room, as requested at the time of booking. I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't had any other rooms available.

They couldn’t provide an extra pillow, and the pillows were very thin.

It was not clear on the booking.com website that breakfast was not included. On the site it said it was but when we arrived the hotel wanted 7 euros each for breakfast

One of the staff was just a little bit over the top if you didn't park correctly and not always easy in a commercial vehicle I know you can't change the view but yeah it let's it down

If you book b&b, you know what you get. The quality standard is good. Price was very reasonable for an off-season stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful.

The breakfast had fresh food, and all we needed, compared to price this was more than we expected. This was a good place for us to stay as we could easily drive from here to where we wanted. There were also a local bus passing nearby for the city centre. A little fridge was also in the room. Everything was clean.

The only thing I could want more was a litte chair in the room, but for the price beiing, I didn`t expect that.

I travel for work and the location was very convenient for what I had to do. It is also easy to park around the hotel. The rooms and the communal areas are clean.The fresh orange juice for breakfast is worth the whole price of the breakfast (the rest is not exceptional). Wifi works well.

The double room is very small. There is only one chair that one can hardly move around and a tiny corner desk, which is actually a higher nightstand. Therefore, if you want to work, make some business calls while taking notes, or just have a coffee, you have to go the reception hall. And here lies the problem.The reception hall is very bright and large, with sofas and tables. There is a coffee machine that offers free coffee and tea, which is nice. It would be the perfect place to work, make calls, but also relax with a coffee after work or after visiting the city.Unfortunately, every second one spends in this area is ruined by the most horrible noise (it is impossible to call it "music", music has notes and harmonies) that comes from a sort of TV audio channel played at loud volume. Already early morning, while you have breakfast, you are bombarded by an unbearable noise with shrieking screams. All-day-long. It is absolutely impossible to spend time in this area without suffering real torture. Think about the worst noise you could hear at a summer beach chiringuitos where teenagers go partying. However, I have never seen any teenagers in the hotel. Only professionals, people going around with their laptops, making calls, or elderly couples visiting Benidorm.Certainly, all people who would appreciate a nice environment with relaxing music, or even no music at all. I don't know if it is the staff who enjoys listening to this horror. If this is the case, maybe they should pay more attention to why the large reception hall is always completely empty and why people who go there with their laptop, phone, coffee, or meeting someone else, leave after a few minutes.I don't think we will go back. It's a shame, it could be much nicer if the environment was more welcoming.

The free drinks & the seating in the reception area were very welcome. The supermarket adjacent to the hotel was an added bonus, along with the abundance of eating establishments in close proximity. We walked down to Finstrat on a daily basis, and the beach is only a 10/15 minute walk down the hill.

Because of the close proximity of the supermarket there is a lot of noise early in the morning, this may not be as bad in other rooms though.

It's not pricey, the staff who is in charge of the breakfast is nice

The room next to ours is noisy...feels like someone is cleaning and dragging around something at 4 am in the morning, feels like someone is going in and out of the bathroom. The walls must be too thin for us to hear this. It's also the second time around that a cleaning staff tried to open our door while we are still resting/sleeping on our beds at 9 in the morning.

The hotel is in a quiet position, away from the noisy and crowded city centre, but well connected if you have a car and want to visit the surroundings. There's a big supermarket right outside the reception. It's a sustainable hotel (not the usual greenwashing stuff). We stayed 3 nights and asked not to have our room cleaned so they offered free breakfast for 1 person for 2 days.

Easy location for what we needed, free hot drinks were a nice touch. Hotel and rooms were spotless.

It was so new and clean and it was in an amazing area, full of restaurants and shops. Great value for the money it costs

Very new and comfortable hotel in the High-rise part of town. Parking was very easy, and we took a cab into the old town at night. Breakfast was a reasonably priced buffet.
