Had initial hiccup with my rook situation. I had contacted them months in advance of what I wanted and was not accommodated. They could have arranged it knowing full well in advance.

Stunning view, the foods were so delicious. Staff were nice and welcoming.

Night shows weren't much fun in my opinion.

Everything! Landscape, layout, staff, food, sea, no children..... everything was gorgeous!

The hotel truly exceeded the expectations! The marvelous location with its private beach and calm sea waters. The food was delicious in buffet and in the a la carte restaurant, for the week we didn't get tired of the food variety which was surprising for us. And I specifically want to thank hotel for all the various options of the sport and entertainment activities: we did yoga, hiking, archery, zumba and many more. During the week we enjoyed so much so we actually didn't want to leave the hotel for the tours or excursions. The hotel is very calm (no children, no loud music), that provided us the opportunity to truly recharge.

Resorts in quite , secluded area , staff is very attentive, clean, nice rooms, shuttle to the beach/bars/restaurants/pool area /reception etc every 10 min, great food variety , amazing place for couples that want to relax , private beach , water is clean

Sand at the beach is a bit dark but the water is clean , would be better if sand is replaced with a whitish color or add pebble in the water, this would just make this place AMAZING , but overall amazing beach

Food was amazing, and all facilities were great.

This was our second visit in this property, we were remembering a better and clean beach in our previous visit.

Beach is super clean and nice, workers are kind and fast. All the service is friendly and professional.It's very calming place good to rest your soul.

Couldn't get soap and Kese in Turkish Hamam. They don't provide it unfortunately if you don't buy a package from them

The best feature of this hotel is the excellent service of all staff, everyone of them are doing their best to make sure that the clients are being offered the top quality service, and I felt that they are genuine and personally care about the customers which made a big difference. Everybody from reception, to restaurant, to concierge, to bar attendants, ..etc. did an amazing job! What we also valued is that the reception was so helpful and courteous in assigning us a room which was near to main restaurant and the big pool, something which we highly appreciated it.What I also noticed is the wide variety of high quality food in every meal at the main restaurant. From fresh squeezed fruit juices, to the wide selection of all kinds of foods: healthy options, diet options, salads, main courses made from a wide selections of meat, chicken, sea food, and last but not least the great and yummy selection of sweets and desserts which were very well done and it shows how much effort, time, cost were put to make them in that perfect way.

The location of night activities/attractions are not the best, since not all attending people have access to watch either because the numbers are more than the available seats or the show is located in a place lower than the spectators eye sight with obstructions (the main pool), so all you can do is hear the show but can't really see unless you sit in the first raw if seats which were mostly occupied.On another note, the numbers of mosquitos and other insects are high due to the hotel location in a densely green area, even though the hotel is doing their due diligence in spraying the hotel with insect repellents, but still I was bitten in several places and had a hard time treating that when I got back home. Therefore, I recommend that people who are sensitive to insect bites to bring mosquitos repellents with them.

The beach, the food, especially at breakfast and lunch. The shuttle bus drivers were friendly. Delighted I went in October/November..I would say it's too busy in the summer.

The hills, but nothing you can do about it. It's worth it for the beach. No airport transfers. Taxis to airport are pricey.

Lovely island style holiday, good getaway, amazing suite worth the money, views are spectacular. I would 100% book again

Didn't find alot to do after evening dinner

Apart form a superb restaurant and really well maintained gardens, archery lessons were a cherry on the cake. I finally found a hobby thanks to the coach.

Bar could have been better. I did not drink any alcohol and was a bit disappointed. Lidl-style selection. Bad coffee. Well, it is a hotel for Germans following their standards... However, there was absolutely no problem with drinking water.

Amazing hotel, rooms were spacious and very clean, stuff is very attentive and friendly. There are so many things to do that we were fully consumed by the hotel activities throughout our entire stay. Don't even get me started on the buffet, the variety, the quality, everything was perfect. Special point goes to the sea, due to the beach hidden in a little lagoon, there is almost no waves even when the sea gets a bit stormy. The beach is super clean. The hotel has entertainment every night and it was fun and engaging and high quality. There were sports classes and gym with enough equipment for a little workout. Definitely considering coming back to this hotel

Tiny little things, nothing significant. But the hotel is located on the hill and there is quite a hike depending on where your room is. There are plenty of shuttle cars going all day long but if you want to take a walk it has to be either uphill or downhill. Our room was on the very top, right next to one of the pool (which was an advantage) and an opportunity to take a hike was quite necessary given the abundance of tasty food :) But some people can find it problematic.

Certain local food offerings and very small percentage of the entertainment activities were satisfactory. Private beach can also be considered nice and clean. Opportunity for archery practice with a nice instructor. Reception did all they can whenever we asked for in-facility transportation.

Very much inconvenient having to travel with shuttles pretty much to anywhere within the facility. Beverage is not available after 11PM in the main restaurant and after 6PM at the beach. Night Snack bar was just piled up leftovers. Not enough entertainment for late night activity. It was excruciating to trying to have enough water in the restaurant. You have to ask to waiter everytime you need water. A couple of times we had AC dripping on our plates while we were eating at the restaurant. Some food offerings were just selected from low quality products. Not enough tables for groups. It might be me but I sensed an odor on the towels. The beach does not have any deck or any entertainment options in the sea. It was a shallow sea, knee high, with restricted swimming area. When you tried to go outside of the restricted area you get whistled by the guard. Definitely no fun. Taking a shower afterwards was more refreshing than bathing in this coast as it feels like body temperature. I am pretty sure that the beer was watered down. Cocktails were dull and full of lemon seeds. You get turned down at 18:04 when you ask for a beer. A total disappointment for me at least. I like my beer better just when the heatwave eases up on the torture.In a gist, All inclusive should be worry-free, but with TUI BLUE SENO we all did find things to worry over since it was a deep sea of unpleasant experiences. We paid premium to enjoy but we got mediocre in a golden plate. It was a mistake to book this hotel. But luckily we were a group of friends who enjoyed making fun of this unfortunate mistake. We had fun anyway making fun of SENO failures.

Taking the shuttle 4-5 times a day, however very convenient as the hotel area is wide and it was too hot to walk as very steep

Hello everyone,Tui Blue Seno exceeded our expectation with flying colours. It is by far one of the best hotels we stayed ever. Amazing design of the hotel, always smiling and helpfull staff, extreme cleanliness made our stay memorable. We want to especially thank Elif, Eda, Aytaç from reception for their guide in everything, Ramazan from management for his help in booking a restaurant even thought it was full, Melisa from animation team for her all time positivity. It is definitely worth your money, we say do not even think twice."Note: shuttle drivers wave and smile at you everytime they pass along :) , it made our day.

The food was good especially the fresh omelette served daily for breakfast, desserts were super delicious and well presented. And the rooms on arrival were beautifully decorated and spotless. Staff are super friendly especially the food & beverage manager Gizhert on arrival who was so helpful and tried his best to accommodate us at the a la carte restaurant Thank you ! The Grill house dinner was Superb and delicious just perfect for our Anniversary! We met a wonderful Photographer named Cengiz so professional and very friendly who took special photos for our Anniversary and provided the best service Thank you ! RamaZan another manager was so kind and helpful and tried to accommodate us for our late check out also however, we was able to use the spa facilities to prep rate for check out afterwards and had use of all the facilities before we left . The pools , surrounding areas and beach just Serene loved every moment of our stay and highly recommend Thank you TUI Blue Seno

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Great food with quite a variety of choice. Two large pools (it seemed the water was cooled down a bit which was great is such hot weather). Very friendly staff, always eager to help. Special thanks to the fitness instructor Serdal who agreed to play tennis with my husband regularly. It was not easy to find a tennis companion at the hotel and Serdal was kind enough to play and they had a great time practicing

Comfort of the stay may depend on the villa location. It is best to stay in walking distance of the main restaurant (thus you can reach the beach and pools by foot), but the proximity to the bar will mean loud music till 23:30. It you stay in a slightly further villa, it’d be quieter but you’d need to grab a transfer every time, as there are steep hills. Transfers are every 10 minutes
