Campanile Genève - Ferney-Voltaire

Location- proximity to airport, Ferney-Voltaire and surrounding countryside.

Room was not as clean as desirable - improved for the second day.

Hotel staffs were very nice.

It was not hotel, it was MOTEL and worse than Motel 6 in the US.The room was ice cold as I walked in.Breakfast was not free, you had to pay 1.50 euro.Airport shuttle were not included, it was 40 euro each way, total 80 euro.Property was 20 mins away from the airport and it was not airport hotel as booking.com says.Hotel does not provide the shuttle, you have to make your own reservation with the shuttle company.

The staff were very helpful helping with a lift to the bus stop

The information gave the impression the airport was near to the accomodation and transfer was included in their service. This was not the case. We got ripped off having to pay almost £30 for 2 of us, if it was 3 of us that would have been £45 etc.

Disappointing

On Bookin.com page it is seen Airport shuttle under the hotel facilites but they demanded extra 25x4 euros for this service! Actually ı sellected this hotel for this facility. Fortunately ı hardly found a parking in airport and paid 11 euros.

Spacious, clean and comfy room! Excellent value for money. Frew parking - definitely a bonus! Breakfast cost 15eur, but coffee is great and tits overall good!

Convenient for Geneva airport.

The room was extremely hot and the aircon did not work.

The staff were super friendly & very helpful. Shuttle bus was so convenient and a selling point for us. Bar area really welcoming and reception staff exceptional.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times the rooms have everything you need they are always clean and the area is very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpfulI highly recommend it.

It is very close to the swiss border, about 5 minutes by car and the bed was comfy.

The rooms are tiny and extremely dirty, dead bugs and huge spiders everywhere, the AC was hardly working. The shower was rusty and/or moldy.

The location to the airport is very convenient. The breakfast is really good with some gluten free and healthy options. It's a good value for the money.

The beds are adequate for a night but not the most comfortable.

Snowstorm hit so missed our flights quickly booked into here for a night v close to Geneva airport and in France. Clean room and easy to use

I suppose 70 plus for a room is step but this mightn’t be for others

Room was alright

Rooms on upper floor are scary. No good stairway to reach.

The staff is incredible and made this place feel like a home away from home! They are so friendly, and went out of their way to be of assistance, especially with the restaurant which was still closed during the Christmas break (for dinner). The staff is the main reason why I will return!

I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a free shuttle (airport shuttle) because I specifically booked this property because it is close to the airport and because on Bookings.com, when I searched for properties with those specific services, this property came up. It ended up costing us an additional €147 to get from the airport to the hotel, and the following day back to the airport. That was not okay (but not the fault of the staff). Both the owners and Bookings.com need to look into this as it actually is unacceptable. If it weren’t for their excellent staff, I would never return, because of the fact that I was expecting a shuttle service to be operative (not an independent shuttle service that quoted me €73 one way). Be grateful for the staff because they are excellent!

5 minutes to the airport Frenxh side. Handy supermarket and petrol station to dill up your rental before dropping it off

Clean, cosy and quite big rooms, quiet zone and delicious breakfast.

Conveniently located hostel, room was small but clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely, friendly staff. Free parking. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in room. Spacious shower.

The parking was free, I’m trying to find something which I likes but unfortunately not much

The room wasn’t that clean there were a spider net in the corners and the the shower wasn’t really clean and the toilet wasn’t proper it was continuing flushing the water doesn’t wanna stop which is noisy all the night and when I called the reception say they have nothing to do with it, and the beds are not fixed in the ground, the room was small for 3 people and the breakfast is 15€ per person which really expensive, worse experience.
