The location and staff, with the exception of the cleaning staff which was subpar.

My room had ants, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, the shower curtain was filthy, the pillows smelled, the dirty cups were not cleaned, and the condiments were not refilled every day.

Great Location. Great breakfast, and Nice overall hotel with friendly staff.

The room was a bit outdated / old that we were led to believe.

PROXIMITY TO AIRPORT

THE ROOM WAS A DISASTER......NOT CLEAN, CURTAINS WERE RAGEDY, THE SHOWERE WENT FROM FREEZING TO SCALDING HOT AND THE TUB WAS VERY HARD TO GET INTO,,,,,,THE TOILET LEAKED, .....THE CARPET WAS STAINED.......THE HEAT AND A/C WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO REGULATE.....AND NO MAID SERVICE, EXCEPT LAST DAY OF A WEEK STAY THE BED WAS MADE.......NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL........DESK CREW WAS TOTALLY INDIFFERENT AND NEVER ONCE IN A WEEK MADE EYE CONTACT OR WELCOMED US.......TIME TO DO A COMPLETE OVERHAUL AND TRAIN STAFF.....ONE MISERABLE WEEK FOR US.......

Very good location We took the studio pool viewIt was quiet and very spacious

Rooms were not cleaned every day !! They changed the towels but didn’t even do the beds or vacuumed the floor or cleaned the bathrooms

It’s a lovely property located about a 15-minute ride on Bus 66 from Geneva Airport, situated on the French side. The outdoor area looked very inviting, though we weren’t able to enjoy it since we arrived late and left early. Breakfast was excellent, with good coffee and a nice variety of foods to choose from.

The property is somewhat older and has a dated feel. For Americans, it’s comparable to staying at an older Fairfield Inn or Courtyard by Marriott.

We like at spacious rooms, a/c, available laundry room and pool!

The carpets we old and stained and housekeeping staff was unreliable and poorly managed

It is a hotel with an excellent, friendly staff, a very good breakfast, a lovely comfortable room. It is also very close to the bus stop to the airport and train stations. It is on the French side of the airport.

The staff were really helpful, especially Zahara, who was very welcoming and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was also very convenient having a bus stop so close by to go to downtown Geneva.

The only thing I was expecting was that the room would be cleaned during our stay, which unfortunately didn’t happen. However, everything else was very good.

The staff and the pool were great. Breakfast buffet was awesome, too.

The television didn’t play many channels.

Dirty, broken down, looks nothing like the photos, a shadow of its former self.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Had very bad back pain every morning.

As a family we got a very excellent welcome from the hotel staff, the management did more than my expectations and for my parents they went extra mile to do whatever they could.

WiFi had some issue but we managed to get it resolved.

Conformatable room and environments.

Numerous small, black flying insects have emerged from the floor drain on the first floor. I informaed this fact to the hotel manager. But it was not solved well during may stay. But I understand this issue requires prompt resolution for the comfort of our other guests.

Breakfast and receptionist was lovely

It was very dated decor in corridors and rooms, hole in bedding- blankets and sheets, stains on sofa. Thin sheets so we were cold.
