Greta family room. Ok breakfast, value for money (10 euro/per), kids a bit less.

I did not think about the case that the hotel is located in France, and the airport in Schweiz, which made it hard to get taxis from eg über app. We did order a taxi 04:45 in the morning, that did not come due to this fact... stress! The shuttle bus that is possible to order thru the hotel, did not answer us on our request, and hard to find out any pricing. Also, the room was extreamly hot, even if we turned of the heat and opened the window the whole night, it was hard to sleep due to heat.

The room was too small, not enough space for the luggage of 3 people (we had only small backpacks)No hairdryer

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Close to airport which is what we needed. Decent breakfast.

The temperature in the room was completely unreliable. It must have been 75 degrees in our room. It was so hot we just could not sleep and the thermostat would not adjust.

Room a little small

Clean, functional, modern & great value for money - which is exactly what was needed.It's c.12 mins away from Departures using the shuttle, it's not the roomiest, and check-in is at the Ibis next door - but thats all fine.

Excellent location

Terrible service at reception!!! I asked about the airport transfer and the person didn't even have the decency to tell me I should wait in the parking lot!!! I waited 45 minutes inside the lobby, I could miss my flight!!!

We had a noisy neighbor and staff graciously moved us to a different room. Nice to have air conditioning in the rooms

Rooms not “sound proof” as advertised

They forgot to leave us towels in our hotel room. There was a terrible smell in the hallway, but not in the room itself. Overall, it was okay for one night.

After missing a transfer at Geneva due to flight delays this was a late, last minute booking for one night. Cheap price with a lovely triple room. Small but perfect for what we needed. Beds very comfortable, lovely shower and very clean. We’re all quite small but would probably have been a bit of a squeeze in bathroom for anyone much bigger.

Room too small & noisy - lift right opposite being used till late & very early in the morning. Reception is in building adjacent & no phone in the room so to enquire re something it's challenging. Bathroom tiny.

The room was clean, the bathroom clean - 10 out oft 10.

I didn't like that, they don't have a kettle or a hairdryer in the room.

We had a problem during the check in and shared with the staff in the morning during the check out. They were super kind, understanding and helpful. The supervisor was an amazing leader and mindful woman. Thank you for making our night and stay better.

Good for a 1 night cheap stay whilst travelling to the Alps. Parking secure, room small but ok.

Plastic under the sheet was unpleasant there are better options available on the market.

I AM A 57 YEAR OLD DISABLED GREAT BRITISH MAN & FOR THE PAST 2 NIGHTS YOUR FEMALE NIGHT STAFF RECEPTIONIST HERE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL & DISCRIMINATARY TOWARDS ME, FIRST OF ALL TELLING ME ON THURSDAY NIGHT THAT I COULD NOT SMOKE ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE HOTEL (I HAD NO INTENTION OF SMOKING INSIDE & HAVE ONLY JUST RECENTLY STARTED SMOKING TOBACCO AGAIN IN AN ATTEMPT TO SELF-MEDICATE MYSELF DUE TO THIS SAME ONGOING TYPE OF ILLOGICAL & SADISTICAL TREATMENT WHICH CAUSES ME SUCH EMOTIONAL DISTRESS THAT IT'S MADE ME CURRENTLY UNABLE TO TRUST ANY OTHER MEMBERS OF MY HUMAN SPECIES WHO ARE CONSTANTLY BEING UNKIND TO THEIR OWN KIND & THINK IT'S ALL FUN & GAMES TO INSULT & PATRONISE MY INTELLIGENCE TO MY FACE!!https://photos.app.goo.gl/8sRGC3tePhyfkkob6

Room above the main door and opposite the lift on first floor. Way too noisy all night

Breakfast was ok, with a variety of choices and good coffee.

Multiple hairs in my daughter's bed (albeit clean sheets), and the bedroom for 3 was tiny with a bunk bed over the top of the double. Very squishy for 3 people.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were impeccable. Quality breakfast overseen by a smiling attentive staff member.

These rooms are tight. I mean really tight. But very clean with a great bathroom. There 3 of us with suitcases and it just didn’t work for us.

A terrible experience, and I...

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had no heating for two nights, and we returned every evening to a freezing cold room. When I tried to address the issue, the staff member at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling me that my “face was a problem” and even telling me to “get out.” I felt completely disrespected and humiliated.The hotel is also located in a very inconvenient and difficult-to-reach area, and the rooms are very small and uncomfortable.
