Many amenities promised on the website and in booking information were not available. Staff was not friendly and blamed me, the customer, for not asking questions to find out information about airport shuttle.

It is rated as a 4 star hotel when in fact it is a 2 star: bathroom was clean but no shower tub, bed was tilted with a hard mattress. Very bad value

We booked different options and they gave us a different apartment.

The sofa Ed was missing though it was mentioned during booking.

The airport shuttle service was great, but it’s only available from 8till 10 am weekdays and 8 till 11 so if your flight doesn’t match these slots you would need to have other arrangements.It’s close to some restaurants and supermarkets and to bus station. What you see on photos is what you get

i liked just location bcs it was near my friends,the rest was bad

very disappointing experience, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. The room had several problems: the sink was extremely small, making it difficult even to wash our hands,the toilet seat was placed in an uncomfortable position and the shower cabin was not working as well I asked them for blankets but they asked us to extra charge, which was surprising. The hotel reception worked 24/7, but when we called, no one answered for a long time(about 30 min) until other guests also came out of their rooms,we were at risk to missing our flight for their mistake I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location to the airport, close to some local restaurants and supermarkets. They have an airport shuttle but beware it’s only from 7 till 10 or 11 am so if your flight is not within these 3 hours you will not benefit from it.

I stayed in a room for four guests. The two single beds were comfortable; however, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and should be repaired or replaced to ensure a better stay. In addition, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, which is not sufficient for four people.

The profile of their guests and the suburb around it: Borderline banlieue / racaille style.

The room size is very optimal with the cooking accessories. I haven't much time to use the swimming pool but it looks good and clean.

I had to deposit 200 Euro while check-in but get back the money during my check out time.

Free parking right outside the building, location very close to the airport and very convenient. The rooms are of a decent size for four people.

The couch/bed was really not great. Some of the wood under it was broken, the middle kept sliding. We had to take the garbage out but we were given very limited information. There is almost no light in the main room.

A bit strange (yet overall acceptable) policy of deposits (200eur or more) combined with cleaning the apartments afterwards. Not a big problem, but 1st time we encountered such approach.

There was a terrible odor in the room. I went to tell the front desk person and see what could be done. She said everything has a terrible odor. The end.

The property is a little rough. The ceiling grid was falling in the shower. The shower itself didn’t work properly. Lots of showerheads and only one actually functioned. The smell of the room was awful. And they required a 200.00 deposit that was charged if you didn’t take out your own trash. (No big deal but really odd)

Great to have the pool and central location

Rooms come across a bit old and outdated. Sleeper couch was broken.

One staff member was friendly. There was a lift in the building.

The location is horrible, there's literally nothing there and there's trash and broken cars outside the building. Not even a restaurant or anything for entertainment was nearby. The staff was semi friendly with one exception and the apartment smelled really really bad and was very worn. The description and photos on the website are not accurate.

Picked it for price and location to the airport, but surprisingly difficult to get to and leave from. Would have spent more on a better location in Switzerland given the money spent on Uber rides. Hard to get an Uber in the morning, leaving for a 7am flight. We needed to leave the hotel by 5:45, and their taxi service did not work. The shower had a range of features, but only one of them worked. Not a spot for tourists. Felt like a spot in a small tech area with nothing around for food or sights. Nice staff.

Facility was nice and clean. Lobbies and hallways not always clean. Odors in hallway. Room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was secure.

Rude manager. Breakfast at 20$ a person and very basic. Shuttle services are not available as they get booked very early. The linens are cleaned once a week and we came home with bedbugs

close to city of Geneva, spacious room

uncomfortable bed, left us in back pain. we asked for a big bed and they gave us two single beds with a big groove in between... I am not happy with our stay at all
