The room was nice and clean, good internet as well

Very late check-in time of 4pm, location was somewhat difficult to get to from airport

Comfortable bed, plenty of space for clothes, nice fluffy towels

Some breakfast tea bags and milk would be nice

I could easily get from the airport, walk into the center of ferney for shopping and dining and run in nearby fields and forests.

Cheaper than Geneva.

I spent 4 nights but they didn’t clean the bathroom and room properly. And didn’t change bedsheets.

Near the airport, public bus to airport stops in front of the hotel. Large, clean and modern rooms.

Not many options of restaurants around in Ferney-Voltaire. But the food at the hotel’s restaurant is quite good. No options for vegetarians tough.

There are very few options to eat in the area. It’s located in a kind of dormitory suburb.

The staff at front office was good and helpful. Breakfast was good but if you are staying for long, you can easily get bored of the same things everyday. I stayed for 8 nights ?.

Room cleaning wasn't too good. I found floors not cleaned after the daily cleaning services. It could have been better.

We booked 2 rooms with separate beds but when we arrived they apologized and said that there was a mistake! So basically we were scammed

Breakfast was excellent. Wonderful buffet with many options. Rooms were very nice and clean.

We were sorry that the restaurant was closed for dinner. There weren't many option around (August of course is vacation time in France). Also, an airport shuttle would have been nice.

The front desk person was exceptionally helpful.in helping us store.our luggage for a few days as well as ae hiring us a taxi to get to the airport. Very kind.

Staff helpful, easy access to the Geneva Airport. A less expensive alternative to the hotels at the airport; we were less than 15 minutes away.

Very clean. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Excellent restaurant attached. Close to airport and cafés within short walking distance.

The staff were excellent. Room was comfortable and well equipped except the mini bar didn’t get cold. We had a surprisingly awesome burger from room service. Will definitely stay again when flying out of Geneva. Oh, and the outdoor bar area was a lovely space to hang out with a drink.

The room was very large with a walk-in closet and kitchen facilities. The bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant was not open.
