This is the place to stay for a royal resort experience! We were warmly greeted by a lovely woman at the entrance where our driver dropped us off. The conceirge team took over from there, and after a cool welcome drink and treats, we were escorted to our room and given a full tour of it along with information about the resort. A++The place is more beautiful in person. The location is private on the Kommeno peninsula. It's an oasis. The breakfast buffet that is included is outstanding and the best we have had. There are so many options for various dietary preferences, and it was all fresh and clean. The staff are ALL kind, helpful and fun! We ate at the dinner buffet and loved it too. There are great options for vegans and vegetarians as well. The desserts are incredible and rivaled the fine dining we enjoyed while in Greece. Absolutely do the Danila Village dining experience. Do not miss!! You will see. We loved the outdoor movie, by the water eating popcorn under the stars. There are both family and adults only pools. Two private beaches (one family with music, the other as silent beach to cater to all preferences). There is a kids' place, ping pong, and games etc a gelato spot, and the restaurants are all wonderful. They have thought of everything.A manager called us prior to checking out to inquire about our stay. Classy and professional. There is a reason they are the top hotelier in Greece and 50 years in the making. Efharisto poli Imperial Corfu and Grecotel!! ??

That we could not stay longer.

The location, the staff, the food, the beach, the views, the ambiance. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Nothing, there’s nothing not to like!

My stay at Corfu Imperial was beyond expectations. I’ve visited many hotels, but this one is truly different. The connection to nature and the sea, along with the hotel’s stunning landscape and unique location, created a feeling that I simply didn’t want to leave. The service was outstanding, the beach was clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was excellent. With multiple restaurants on-site, each offering a great experience, dining was always a pleasure. The bed was very comfortable, adding to the sense of relaxation.Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay – one that sets Corfu Imperial apart from other luxury hotels. Highly recommended.

    That we left

    Location, Staff, food

1- Struggling to find free chairs on the beach/pool 2- Room cleaning/service is lacking and not suitable for high level hotel.

The hotel service was exceptional good the food was excellent and the staff was amazing.

There weren't enough shuttle buses to city center, so some nights we didn't have available seats and we needed to take a taxi in addition some mornings we couldn't find available seats at the beach or pool.

Hotel is beautiful, a pot of places where to stay and relax, food at Trattoria for lunch was great. Awesome breakfast (can confirm the other reviews on this). Rooms nice and spatious, everything great.

The Sushi/Latin fusion restaurant was an absolute disaster, the makis' were not well formed and we're falling apart when touching the Soya sauce. Quite amatourial for being a restaurant in such a hotel. Also the SPA is non existent, there are 2 Finnish saunas that heat up to 70 deg C a bit disappointing (compared to high end hotels in other areas in Europe)

Superhotel, with full equipped facilities, comfortable rooms, great view and good breakfast!

    9LynnePosted on: 11-24-2024

Everything was very good. It was very late in the season but everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

In the evening they needed a bit more help in the restaurants, but otherwise the food was good and it was very convenient to eat at the hotel as well as near the hotel.

Beautiful, quiet location. Private beach—blue flag. Stunning pool. Nice selection of restaurants. Rooms are spacious, modern and are kept very clean. The grounds are beautiful

It isn’t cheap, but is a relative value for the level of service provided.

The hotel interior and surroundings were beautiful, and it was probably the best breakfast we ever had at a 5* hotel. There was plenty of space in the lobby to sit around and relax as well as bar areas. Staff were helpful and the spa offered a broad range of treatments, however, you could only get a massage, there was no sauna or other staff facilities. Very good location if you rent a boat on that side of the island because they can bring the boat right to the hotel so you don't need to go anywhere for a pick up. However, for a 5* luxury hotel for which we paid a lot of money it definitely did not justify the cost. Even though it was right on the beach, the hotel beach bar played very loud music throughout the day at the main beach area. It was not relaxing AT ALL, unless you want to go and have a beach party then it is perfect. Even after asking them to turn it down, their response was that this is "Sunday music", however, this was not the case as the beach bar played music every single day on loud speakers. So forget about reading a book or listing to your own music in earbuds because you will not be able to hear anything. There was another beach next to the main one, which was adults-only without music however there were only a limited amount of chairs which were all being taken by people early in the morning. This meant that we had to set an alarm for 7am each morning in order to go down to that beach and leave our stuff there at one of the chairs like the rest of the guests were doing. The main pool was overcrowded with loud music playing a couple of times a day during water aerobics and you could never get a beach chair unless you went super early in the morning and left your stuff there to "reserve" your beach chair. They had an adult pool which was less loud but they had even less pool side chairs there.

The restaurants at the hotel did not offer any Greek food which was a surprise. All other restaurants were overpriced. The hotel offered a shuttle service to the town, however, this only went 2x a day at 5pm and 7pm and the service at 7pm was always fully booked so you had to book at least 3 days in advance if you wanted to go to town with the later shuttle bus. The towels in the hotel rooms were scruffy and not soft - again not appropriate for a 5* hotel and the hotel room was very small.

When we moved to the new suite like we were in a real 5 star resort!

Dont book the boschetto family suite!I was disappointed when I checked in, the room i booked was in a remote building with its pool, this building like a motel type you dont feel you are part of the 5 star resort even the house keeping service way below the resort standard!!!!! Unfortunately the suite has no single description no pictures on their website nor on booking showing its location within the resort!I asked the manager to show me where i suppose to know i booked in this building! I am paying this much of money not to be punished but to enjoy the resort facilities and services! And if i knew i would choose the first line beach rooms! The manager was very loud talking to me and Justifying this confusion is because i booked through booking and it’s my fault i didn’t understand that oasis “Il Boschetto family oasis” means different building ?as if i am the contractor who built the resort facility! It took me 2 hours to change the room type and move the other night!! Am attaching the only photo shows the building ???
