    Pool area was good

The beach is the worst beach I have ever seen! The floor in the room was dirty, there were spider webs in some corners and also in the hallway there were spider webs. Check in was very slow, even though we told them we travelled quite far and we were with kids. Even the food we ordered at the recepcion area came late. The worst part was when we asked for late check out and at first it was not approved, even though they were aware we are 3 family rooms and all of us unsatisfied. Furthermore, after the second attempt we got to use only one room. But still the whole attitude of all staff was terrible.

Everything went well! The beach, the pool, the restaurants, the bars, the food, the staff, the rooms all were so much better than any of us ever expected Shout out to the staff at the main restaurant, especially Nikoleta, Kostas, Dimitris, Maresti and Aristi, and Angeliki, in the main floor bar. I don;t remember the name of the woman who first greeted us at the hotel and showed us all our options, but she was superb! Thank you all for a fabulous time in Corfu!!!

There was nothing that I did not like!

Staff were excellent from the time we arrived. We greatly appreciated the free shuttle service that they provided that allowed us to visit Danillia Village for dinner. Weather was rainy which meant we were unable to enjoy the pool and beach as much as we would have preferred . The grounds are really lovely. Breakfast was excellent. We greatly enjoyed the wine tasting experience that was provided. We enjoyed being able to dine at the sister hotel. The wonderful staff, the lovely grounds and the excellent price point offset some of the tiredness of the hotel.

Other than the beautiful front entryway, the interior is very dated and in need of a significant infusion of money. We walked up to the spa. We didn’t make an appointment because it was so tired. The Wi-Fi system definitely requires an update.

It was perfect for us. We rented a car so it was located really well. The view from our room was absolutely amazing. We watched the sunrise every morning and enjoyed swims in the calm bays of both hotels.Loved the pool and the breakfast and everyone was so kind and smiley.

As we were only bed and breakfast we found the bar drinks not great for the price paid. The bed was also very soft and had some dips in but we did get used to it.

We had a great stayStaff and service were incredible super professional and luxurious experience I was there for my wedding, all the staff was super attentive and helpful

    5LisaPosted on: 9-30-2024

The staff were all very polite and wonderful.

The rooms were in need of repair. My original room reeked like mold causing me to lose sleep the first night. Therefore, I overslept for the breakfast. The bathroom needed repair. Holes or cracks were patched over with caulking. It did not look professional or meet the standard for a 5 star experience. There was also an ant nest inside the room behind the bench. Ants invaded my bag crawling all over everything to eat some medicine that was in the bag. The staff did move me to another room without these problems and gave me a complimentary lunch and dinner, but the time that it took to spend hours cleaning and hand washing all my stuff that was covered in ants prevented me from enjoying a swim at the beach or going to town to shop. It was very time consuming and not at all how I wanted to spend my day. I felt that it was a waste of money to pay for the hotel that first night when I slept poorly due to the powerful mold smell and the whole next day was consumed by cleaning up ants.

Beautiful views and facilities, especially at Imperial.

Housekeeping wasn’t great. No attention to detail - missing toilet paper, body wash, coffee refills etc

    8PeterPosted on: 9-28-2024

The hotel is well appointed in a lovely setting.

Limited English news channels..there was ony CNN.The time it took to check in and get to our room with a member of staff giving us so much information speaking with a strong accent we found difficult to understand.

    7YaelPosted on: 9-27-2024

Gorgeous view from every corner, very kind and helpful staff. Chilling pool and private beach.

The room was not 100% clean, but it was not so bad.

    4KatyPosted on: 9-25-2024

The hotel was very clean and well looked after , i especially liked the beautiful plants all over the hotel (and not a single plastic plant) the view from our room was truly incredible The gardens and winding stairs through the bungalows were lovely, it felt very well cared for and maintained and the plant life was lovely to look at

We arrived to be shown to a bar abd told that a colleague would be with us momentarily.. not really sure what was going on as we had left our bag at the entrance and just wanted to check in .. we waited 45 minutes until someone came to welcome us and check us in .. by that time we had ordered a drink which then meant the welcome drink wasn’t given to us and instead we had to buy one .. there were 7 staff stood having a chat and a laugh with each other whilst we were just sat wondering what was going on, I tried to get their attention and ask is we could be checked in but they ignored us .. we felt we very lost and unwelcome. We were able to check in from 3pm.. we arrived at 2:45 (expecting a short wait as we were early) we were finally checked in at 4pm having waited and been ignored .. The room I had booked was a superior room with a balustrade style balcony.. what we got was a balcony with a solid concrete wall which was very imposing and you couldn’t really see over if you sat down. It wasn’t a superior room at all .. just a room with a view and white wooden furniture The meals in the restaurants were ridiculously expensive for what they were , the beach couldn’t not have had one more subbed or parasol crammed into it if it tried.. the water was very dirty which just goes to show how much pollution is around that peninsular .. The pictures and marketing jargon was very well done .. sadly not what the reality of the hotel is This was just a two night stay for us at the end of an amazing holiday to Paxos .. we thought from the website and cost that this was going to be a really special, boutique style hotel .. we spent enough on it !! Sadly this is not what the hotel is .. it’s a package holiday hotel with clever website copy and a talented photographer

We love the welcome, a lovely greeting and chance to sit down, enjoy some refreshments for both adults and children. Also lovely welcome in our room, snacks and refreshments, great breakfasts too.Very sweet little beach with a great hotel bar

The pool was ice cold and too cold to swim in, we assumed it may have been heated.

The resort is amazing, with several pools, restaurants, beaches and roads. The hotel view and service is exceptional. Breakfast is the best part!! Delicious and with a lot of options.

The pool and beach bars service was very slow, we tried to order at the bar in the beach 3 beers but they told us it has to be ordered with the waiter, we did that and it took almost an hour to arrive.Later we went to the imperial pool and order drinks and food and it was the same.. almost an hour. Everything was great, just think they should improve processing times at the beach and pool service.
