Pros +
- This hotel is great due to the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great as well since it¿s right in front of the bus station and plenty of restaurants overlooking the airport right next to the hotel.
- Staff was very nice and water pressure in shower was fantastic.
- Nothing. This was the worst experience I¿ve ever had at a hotel. I will never return to this hotel or to Corfu. I will also tell people not to go to this hotel or island.
Cons -
- The only thing I didn¿t like was our beds were two twin beds pushed together to make a bigger bed. That wasn¿t super comfortable because my husband and I had a hard time lying there without having someone start falling through the middle.
- Internet was poor to non existent and breakfast was bland, although many bland options to choose from. No bus directly to airport despite being close and ubers were over ¿30. I didn't find hotel to be soundproofed at all.
- The hotel is to far out of the way for island amenities. No organization with local taxi service or rental car service. Trying to create a smoke free environment in a hotel in Greece is absolutely ridiculous. No temperature controls in the rooms.

We had no idea there would be late night music on Tuesday night.... we happened to book on a Tuesday and could not sleep for hours!!
Staff at the front desk was AMAZING; made our stay so much better!

Nice spacious hotel with good breakfast, for 5 of 5 was amazing
Somehow we didn't realized that the hotel is right on the take of path for the planes. In the middle of the night we were waken uo by planes departing, the sound was incredible loud
The location was great. The bus stop is directly across the road to take you into Corfu Town. There are restaurants nearby and we loved Captain George’s. There is a small beach at the bottom shared with Corfu Palace Hotel that can be used. Close to walk to wonderful view of Mouse Island and to watch all the planes landing. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is looking a bit tired. A fresh paint job in the rooms and hallways and a few updates would make a huge difference. Other than that, a comfortable stay at the hotel.
The staff was great
Mosquitos all over the place(also dead on the walls), not a lot of variaty on breakfast, the floor on the in the hallway was broken or something with a strange carpet glued. The mattress is with springs that you can feel and the room feels like from the early 90’s. With all this said, the price for sleep only close to the airport is fair. In my opinion not worth 100 euros per night in current situation.
Convenient location, great breakfast, low tea stay
The rooms are really dated, with some rust and mold present in bathrooms.
Staff, location and vibe are really amazing.Enough parking space. Very nice restaurants near by, view to the old monetary.Layout of the hotel is interesting and breakfast selection and the quality of the food was very good.Additional point is a nice view of take off and landings from Corfu airport.
For a classified four star hotel, we only got water for day one as well as coffee and tea amenities. It was on us to provide it daily.Mosquitos were quite diligent in the evenings and we had to provide everything for the room and balcony. That being said, these small things cannot top all the good ones.
It wasn't worth the price
We expected fresh seafood during dinners, but the fish was frozen and disgusting. No shrimp, no calamari, no octopus, nothing. Breakfast was awful as well — the omelette wasn’t fresh and seemed to be made from a package, not real eggs. The fried eggs were swimming in oil. The ham was really cheap and even looked awful. The rooms were old and in need of renovation. We had ants. The bathroom smelled terribly of sewage. No matter what we did — whether we opened the window or kept it closed — nothing helped. We did not expect so much noise from the airport and airplanes. There are no pictures showing that you can see the runway from the hotel balcony. Ariti Grand Hotel does not deserve 4 stars; 3 is the maximum.
The breakfast is good, the location is also good as perfect. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel is you are going to the corfu town.
The receptionist and the housekeeper must show more hospitality to the clients dont be rude like when talking at the phone they always in a hurry to end the call even if im not yet done talking. The bathroom is very bad it is looks like 1 star hotel sorry even the bathroom of the 1 star here in our place is better. Need to renovate it! atleast do better for a 4 STAR HOTEL. Everything is okay its just the bathroom and the staff.
Close to airport and a couple of restaurants nearby. Good size room with balcony
The pool did not look very clean. The coffee at breakfast was pretty bad and the breakfast buffet was mediocre. Mattress was hard.
location close to cafes, restaurant and mini market
dirty carpets, outdated furniture and bathroom, lack of dryer for towels and bathing suits
Location is very good
1- the first floor smells very bad 2- it’s not maintained and in bad condition 3- the rooms are not clean
great location, very close to the center, comfortable rooms
shallow pool but it’s great for kids and water games
The location was perfect for us as we were travelling to Corfu for our friends wedding. Staff were very friendly.
Hotel is overall very dated and run down. Our bedroom was big, but felt very dark with little natural light. It wasn’t a relaxing space to be in at all. Huge hotel but only one iron to go around.Pool table upstairs was missing several balls so couldn’t play a proper game. Breakfast wasn’t great.Hairdryer was useless. No shower curtain/ door so you’d inevitably soak the bathroom floor which then became so slippy and lethal! The pool area was so noisy - music blaring, staff doing some work which involved heavy machinery going for a few hours, again not very relaxing. Our last night was completely ruined by bus loads of teenagers that arrived late in the evening who were then running through the corridors, knocking on doors and calling hotel room phones until 4am. Read other reviews about the bus loads that the hotel accepts - appreciate they aren’t responsible for the teenagers, but based on other bad reviews they should have stricter policies in place at the time of booking. Felt like they just wanted to get the money in with no concern for other guests. After speaking to the hotel about this they did refund part of our stay - despite this would be very hesitant to recommend.
Good location for access to the airport and bus into Corfu town. I booked to stay here because of this and to rest for 2 days after 1 months travel before returning home. Staff were lovely, very warm and friendly plus helpful. There is a very large pool and outdoor area that would be perfect for families.Breakfast was good and a large offering.
Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Really didn't like this hotel stay from uncomfortable beds, no power sockets, in need of a paint and everything being quite old and run down. The soundproofing is desperate, the noise of kids running along the corridors and loud guests was quite disturbing. I could hear my next door neighbours conversations through the wall. There was a terrible smell from the bathroom drains that was quite pungent and grotesque, this seeped into the bedroom. This is not a 4 star hotel.
Reception staff friendly. Room was a good size and with a nice view. Room was serviced every day. Breakfast had a good choice. The evening meals were OK. There is a bus stop right outside to get the bus into town. It is a nice location.
For a couple of nights I was here it was more like being stuck in a school trip. The hotel was completely taken over by several coaches of teenagers. It was non stop noise from the moment you arrive back at the hotel until around 3am. You could not get a table in the restaurant so came back in half an hour. Then most of the food had been eaten and was not replaced. There wern't even any forks or spoons! They behaved appallingly, the only desert left at this point was ice cream (they had eaten everything else), which they stood around eating all of it and pushing away anyone else that tried to get close. The hotel did nothing about this. They ran around the corridors making noise, screaming and shouting and playing music until 3am. Again nothing was done. It was like being stuck in a school trip and made me dread coming back to this hotel as it was a wall of noise you could not escape for hours. The rooms have no sound proofing, you can hear everything in the corridor loudly, there are no carpets and the tiled floor with gaps between the tiles means you hear everyone wheeling suitacases around the corridors, which seems to start from 6am. Chairs being moved upstairs sound like it's in your room. Then you have the planes taking off close by to add to the noise. It is not relaxing and I only got a couple of hours sleep for these nights. There is not much variety in the evening meals, sometimes it was exactly the same choices as the previous day. Most evenings the food was unlabeled so you have to guess at what it was! They don't come round to serve drinks at all in the dining room and there are no drinks at all available in there, even water. So you have to get a drink at the bar first, which I thought was odd. The beds was very hard. One day the towels in my room were taken away but not replaced so had to go to reception to get some towels.
