Location.

Smell of elevator, noise level from adjoining rooms, hallway.

The hotel is very close to the center and my room had a partial seaview.

There is no possibility to have breakfast in the hotel.

The location was terrific as were the views of the harbor from my room. The front desk staff are nice, helpful, and accommodating.

Modest and clean hotel on the port side edge of old town. Functioning bathroom, reliable aircon and strong wifi. Positive vibe of genuine hospitality with all staff being so very welcoming. Elegant time capsule lobby. Remember to look up at the magnificent art work on the lobby ceiling and mezzanine. Fantastic views to New Fort, ferry port and across to Albania. Taxi stand close by. We are at Mouragia Restaurant.

Enjoyed every single day staying here. This is a developing neighbourhood close to old town. What others have said as concerns should not prevent you from considering this property for your stay.

Our second night in the hotel was more comfortable as we were in nicer rooms which included a great.

The only complaint we have is the smell of sewage at one side of the lobby which continued into the lift. It was strong and persistent.

Hotel is in a great location to get into old town in a few mins. Was nice to have the balcony. Was okay for 1 night, but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer

Smelt musty throughout, the lift is old and very slow and also smells. The rooms were okay and didn't smell as bad as the main areas. Beds were a bit hard for our liking.

The staff were very helpful and the location excellent.

The property is very old and poorly maintained. The smell of damp throughout was terrible and the general state of disrepair the room was very poor.

Breakfast was very poor .. so basic and all out of tins. We had to move rooms at 4.30 am as rain poured through ceiling.. no compensation or help ..
