Mama Sophia Dining Room manager-will bust your chops if you try to take coffee to go from the breakfast bar. No kettle in room to boil unpurified tap water.

Didn?t get the room I had booked and paid for. Booked a sea view, and ended up with a side view looking onto apartments.

Situation, we arrived in Corfu late at night, the hotel was just a short taxi ride from the airport. It is right by the port from which our Paxos ferry left the next morning.

Excellent location for a short stay, near Corfu Port. You can start your walk across the city by the sea which is nice. The rooms look a bit old, but they're functional for a short stay. Overall, the location is a good value for money

Everything from check in to check out was exceptional. The staff at the 24/7 reception were super nice and explained everything, the hotel had a lift. Room had a window, 2 beds, air conditioning and a nice bathroom, everything was as shown in pictures, even better. The breakfast had many options to choose from and the dining area was really nice, had a sea view. Overall do not understand how this is only 2 stars.

The facility needs a major renovation specifically the bathrooms/shower.

The hotel is well situated, right next to the ferry ticket offices and the port. It's also a short walk from the centre of town, and great value for money. It's certainly a little long in the tooth but I found this really charming. The room was spotless. As we were flying into Corfu late, staying one night and then catching the ferry to Albania, this was a great option.

We had booked a room type called 'Double or Twin Room' and specified a twin room when booking through Booking.com as I was sharing the room with my sister, however, our room was a double. I asked the front desk to be moved to another room but they insisted that they were never told it was a twin room -- clearly the preference didn't carry over in the booking. To their credit, they had my other requests on file, which I had sent via the inbox (non-smoking room on a high, quiet floor) but they insisted that I would have to pay for a triple room if I wanted a separate bed. As it was already 10pm and I was sharing with my sister, we were fine to share the small-ish double bed for the single night of our stay, but if you're looking to book a twin room, I would recommend you send the hotel a message to specify this. The shower was also quite small, the mattress was just foam, there was only a lace curtain on the window and the air-con unit was super lovely and cold but rather noisy.

Not a lot say. It was a cheap and cheerful 2 star hotel that was in a great location for walking. For an overnight stay at an affordable price, I would use it again.
