Nice location, wonderful host, clean and inviting property

Modern rooms, great bathroom and lovely terrace overlooking the sea. AC extremely efficient. Drying rack for your beach towels. There are a few restaurants walking distance and a mini market.

Could have used an extra blanket or duvet in a drawer. Had a sheet on the bed and a thin comforter only.

We absolutely loved our stay . Excellent waterfront property well maintained . Our host Grigory was great and provided fast response. Highly recommend we will definitely go back

Great location. Can walk to restaurants and very short drive to park for beaches. Shower was amazing after long day at the beach. Views from balconies were great. Seamless check-in. Seamless parking.

Unavoidably the property was in the mountain side so tons of flies when you open the windows

The design.

It is uncomfortable, the bed is awful. It's right on the street, so you cannot open the window. The door or the window cannot be opened because a cat gets always inside. There was sand all over it wasn't clean.

Everything of this property was simply perfect, clean, spotless, cured in any detail, interior design, magnificent view, amazing energy…Gregory is an amazing host and I can’t wait to get back there again.

New property, very modern facilities, great comfy bed and about 5 km from the beach.

The cats- we were on the ground floor with outside seated space but we couldn't really use it as the cats encircled us when we're trying to have breakfast. Seemed very hungry and determined to feast on what you had.

The room was modern and efficient. VERY CLEAN and comfortable!

Brand new, quiet, spacious and nearby Kedrodasos and Elafonisi beach.

The mattress and the pillows were unacceptable. There is room for improvement in the cleaning standards. Extra hooks in the bathroom to hang the bath towels would be good. Too expensive for what they offer and an off-peak season booking.

This a brand new facility. Very conveniently located for daily visit to Elaphonisis beach.Adorable cats are living around. Please buy them some food form the nearby shop and send greetings from me :)

Emergency exit light is definitely not needed in a room of such size.

Very nice, new place close to monastery and beaches, but far from tourists (which is a good thing), there’s a shop and a few restaurants nearby

The place is great. Very close to Elafonisi beach. There is a minimakret and several taverns in a walking distance and the room was very clean.

For those who are afraid or allergic to cats just to note that there are a few cats around the property who are always curious and close to the guests.

Apartment is beautiful, its brand new and fancy. We arrived few hours before check in and they let us in which was really nice of the owner. Apartment has everything you need for few days stay. Bathroom is gorgeous. Balcony has a beautiful view. Its 5min drive to the beach, and right next to few tavernas and mini market

In the morning there wasnt any hot water

No owen or kitchen supply. If you are on ground level prepare for cats.

Can’t find anything except the satellite television was not working.

Lovely place in the best location, everything is nearby. Room was clean and comfy. Gregoris and his wife were very helpful and take an excellent care of the property. Definitely a good pick when it comes to staying close to Elafonisi.
