Oceanic Overview Suites

The hotel is right on the water and ocean view rooms have a fantastic view. Rooms are beautiful. There are modern rooms and those that are more traditional as in capturing the Albanian countryside. Staff is extremely helpful! I had to leave my bags a few hours after checking out and they accommodated me. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Don’t miss the homemade tiganites. A short walk to the port and the stairway leading to main road in the promenade.

Our family of 4 stayed overnight as we travelled through Albania. The suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views overlooking the water. The staff were friendly upon arrival, we had a seafood dinner at the attached restaurant which was incredible and a buffet breakfast was included !

I loved everything about this place!! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious; we had a big balcony with a lovely sea view. The breakfast was amazing with many options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The private beach is just perfect for a nice swim. The parking area is available, safe, and easy to reach. Also, it's in a quiet street but very close to the center of Sarande, shops, restaurants, and everything you need. I would definitely come back here again if I were in Sarande!

My wife and I stayed in a 2-bedroom ocean view suite. One room was an interior room with 2 single beds. The other room was larger and had a king bed; this room connected directly to the balcony that had a table and chairs for 4 people. The two rooms are connected by a private hallway that also provides access to the shared bathroom and access to the balcony for the room with 2 single beds. The balcony has a nice view of the sea.There is free and secure parking on-site. There is a decent restaurant that is part of the property where the free breakfast buffet is set up in the morning. You can also get drinks, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. at the restaurant. The restaurant is near the water’s edge. Between the restaurant and the water is a small gravelly beach with umbrellas and sun loungers that the hotel provides. Although there are restaurants and bars nearby, you could be comfortable never leaving the property.

Great holiday experience in Saranda. One of most beautyfull views for sunset directly from our balcony and private beach here. Perfect suites, good breakfasts and so nice staff there. Everything what you could need is around Hotel: shops , good taverns, local tour agencies, bus stops, direct ferry to Corfu etc. Deffinitelly I can recommend this place to stay in Saranda for everybody if You looking for really good base for Your Holidays in Albania.

Great location

The sun huts are beat up and old. To be in the shade is a challenge as you have to constantly move your bed but the distance between huts is miniscule.

Breakfast was excellent, the bedroom had wonderful views out over to Corfu. The beach was just a small walk from the room and the rooms were very close to the town centre and port.

We had a double room, it was clean with a beautiful view. The staff was polite and helpful. In front of the beach. Walking distance to everything.

The rooms with 2 bedrooms where very nice (second bedroom does not have any windows at all) with the view to the sea and beach. There was free access to beach and we could use the chairs. Breakfast was ok - not many options but totally ok. Rooms where large and with aircon.Very quiet location. Parking was free under the hotel which was really nice since there are no parking places available on the streets.

Double rooms have a view to a street and do not have any windows only balcony door.

Very clean and spacious.

Beds were a little on the hard side of side.

Location great - close to the port. Clean apartment, efficient staff - just what we needed for one night. Lovely balcony too.

Second bedroom had no window. Shower sprayed everywhere - shower head needs attention.

Top location. When arriving, we were happy with the free parking, because you can’t find any parking place in the city. The small beach just behind the hotel is beautifull and you can use the sun beds for free. At the evening you have no noise, because you are far away from the noisy spot. The rooms are very clean.

Couldn't ask for a better hotel, it was right on the beach and facilities were excellent. The restaurant and bar is located right on the beach with cheap prices and great food.

Beachfront, beautiful modern room, great location next to the port of sadande, parking was very easy and great staff! Loved the breakfast and had a few dinners at the restaurant- great place!

Unfortunately we had a problem with our lock for the room late one night but on phoning the number on booking.com, we received help very quickly! So thank you!

Amazing view of the sea. Very clean and good sized room and balcony

Staff were helpful and mannerly. The hotel and outside grounds were spotless

The pebbly beach was difficult to walk on and sore underfoot. Perhaps boardwalks on top of the pebbles would be helpful around sunbeds

The breakfast was nice with a relaxing ocean view.

We were disappointed with our room. The room was very dark and to be honest we couldn't wait to get out of it. It stated a balcony but it was an outside smoking area. We left a day early. We also found the one way system a challenge.

A very comfortable place. A very clean place. Convenient location. Seafront. Staff is to help you at every moment. Highly recommended.

We were unable to use the safe in our room (2) because the hotel didn’t have a key…

Comfortable bed. Clean and large room. Terrace had view of carpark and beach bar. Nice breakfast bar for the morning. Parking easy (Sarande is a crazy place to drive around). Close to ferry to Corfu. Pleasant staff.

The hotel beach was just gravel with limited sun loungers. We headed to nearby Sunset beach which had very nice loungers, and a more swimmable beach. We felt the hotel was quite pricey considering the beach wasn't anything special. The music at the beach bar in the evening was very loud, to the point where you couldn't have a conversation.
