Nice and clean room, direct beach with comfortable beds and umbrella, very good service and people are very nice and always helpful

Breakfast should be improved and organized better, but nevertheless you will not be hangry

Great location to relax on its private beach.

The area was quite empty in late Oct. A long walk to Saranda Promenade.No tea kettle in the room.

Parking was a little tight

Vila Era Beach is comfortable in a quiet part of Sarandë with direct beach access and great sea views. The breakfast is good. Rooms are well kept. We did not use their parking, so cannot comment, but it looked overpacked.

The staff is very welcoming, location is perfect with private beach. The purpose of the trip was to switch off from daily routine and we did it.

Breakfast could have some more fruit

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful beach area, lovely breakfast. Matilda and her staff were so kind and always available to help! Great location to walk downtown or to the port but not in the hustle and bustle.

The location is perfect! You get two chairs and and umbrella with your stay. You also get parking and breakfast. These are all huge bonuses for the area. The staff was super helpful as well. You cant get a better location and view. And it was in walking distance of the port and all the restaurants and shops.

The location was perfect for arriving by ferry- it was only a 10 minute walk from the ferry. The beach was amazing. The staff and manager were so kind and helpful! Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas at my disposal. Great drinks from the bar.

Literally in front of the beach, with free sun lounges. Rooms were lovely with beach view and location could not be better, in the middle of Sarande center. Bar staff were the best!

Nothing really, one of our rooms were in the 3rd floor and there were only stairs - so maybe good to have this as a disclaimer!

The view of the sea and the lively room we had as well as the fantastic breakfast and breakfast area with the faboulos beach , sea and island view. The BEST PART was the reception of the owner Mrs. Matilda. She is extremely friendly, courteous and kind. She saw I was using a cane and immediately suggested I could take a different room on the main floor with extremely easy access other than the one I had booked that was to be reached by a steep but short walk and 2 flights of stairs. She did not charge me more for that. Very kind. She was very attentive to anything we needed and helped me find a very reliable, English speaking taxi driver ( Aldo Taxi) who uses WhatsApp and so we were able to book him on several trips to town and out of town.

This might not be a problem for others but in order to reach the hotel you need to go down a steep street to reach it as it’s at beach level while the street is higher. For those with NO mobility issues it may not be so bad. The beach has pebbles.

The room size was bit small and the parking was difficult. Although the staff helped a lot and very friendly.

This is a small, family-run boutique hotel, and the owners were kind and welcoming. Rooms were not fancy, but were immaculate, quiet, and had everything we needed. We loved the bountiful, homemade included breakfast. Best of all, we could walk right out of the hotel onto their perfect slice of private beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas included, cafe and restaurant service, and a wonderful, protected swimming area with views to Corfu. All for a price that seemed far too good to be true. The main beach area, restaurants, and ferry are but a few minutes walk.

The location was perfect. The property was well kept, clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The owner (sorry I can’t recall her name because some time has lapsed.) but she was extremely friendly, helpful & personable.

The property was very clean and at the best location with an amazing beach front view. The owner is the kindest soul, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They also had the best home made crepes as part of their breakfast.

Honestly the hotel is good breakfast was perfect and warm,beach is lovely,room clean, owner is very kind anyway everything is good.
