Nice location, the rooms are basic with air conditioning,

Parking is free but can be tricky due to the landscape

The location was good, the receptian lady was friendly, breakfast was OK (it could have been better), the room was nice, nice view and rooftop.

One of the staff member didn't want us to pay with card and he charged more if we payed with card.

the staff not polite, to eat breakfast you have to fight and the answer to the staff was that there is none because others have eaten. Small room

As a beautiful Saranda, having good location and a good building they can be better in many topics for example rooms, breakfast, housekeeping service ... but for the owner lady's sake I don't give low score.

Good location next to restaurants,shops and more important very near the beach.The hosts were friendly and helpful.We even had breakfast which was not included in our payment.I strongly recommend I will definetely come back next year.

Everything was Ok

location was great, room was quite big (but with old furniture without wardrobe)

check in was late, room was not ready...nobody actually check us nor explain us house rules (time for breakfast, cleaning policy...)...breakfast duration only 1 hour, and there is no coffee or tee included in breakfast...there are only one english speaker, and generally speaking they are much more polite to the Italian people than to another...there is parking, but only one place is normal, other is terrible (big stones, huge incline/decline, a lot of wrong parked cars)...they were quite surprised when we asked for the bill, and we receive some paper written with hand...

Parking inside the property is so steep, but there are few parking spaces in front of the hotel near restaurant.

Location was great. Breakfast was super nice. The room had everything we needed in terms of facilities. Staff was nice but didn’t speak english.

The staff was friendly but it was a problem that they didn’t speak english and most of the time there were no one at the reception, so we couldn’t get much help with anything. Even though it says here on booking.com that you can pay by card at the hotel, we asked for it, but had to pay with cash. The room was not cleaned during the day and the bed was not the most comfy.

It was the best hotel in my life! Very friendly and good hosts! Coffee, drinks and laundry are free of charge. The hotel is perfectly clean, there are many cafes and a beach nearby. I want to go back there a lot of times

Location is very good, so many shops and stores are just next to the hotel. The room was big and clean.

The fridge was very smelly, we almost vomitted from the smell so we couldnt use it. And the hot water in the shower was a little bit tricky it took much time for us to handel

The breakfast was OK, not great, not terrible. The hotel is on a nice location but if you want to visit some nice beaches you must go there by car cause all the good beaches are outside of Saranda.

The condition of the room at our arrival, although when we mentioned about our concerns the stuff quickly resolved all of our issues.

The staff is amazing! The kindest people we met. :) Location is also good, near market close to the beach, not that far away from the city center. Clean,nice bathroom. Breakfast was also great, fresh fruit, cheese, vegetables, etc. Also suitable for vegetarians.

Just old furnished room, older beds and in the evening we had some ants on the floor.

It was great experience.It is small family hotel. Stuff was very kind and polite. Near the beach, but we were with three kids, so every day we were in Ksamil. Breakfast was nice. Room was small, beacuse we asked for extra bed, with some not so modern furniture,but complitelly fine for us. We had balcony too. Stuff offered us to wash our clothes and towels, but we did not use that possibility. There is parking. With one word EXCELLENT.
