Hotel Saranda International

Fabulous staff, very helpful and friendly. Location to the beach and parking was a key requirement, and they delivered. The rooms and balcony was lovely and clean.

The breakfast.

The hotel is located in the southern part of Saranda, less than 100 m from the sea shore. They have their own beach and the beach beds and umbrellas are free of charge for the hotel guests. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel staff is very kind, friendly, professional and they speak English. A rich and diverse breakfast is served in the hotel basement, but most guests have a breakfast on the hotel terrace, enjoying an excellent sea view. We had been staying at the hotel for 5 days at the end of August and have a wonderful holiday. We would certainly like to come again here.

All hotels in Saranda have problems with the limited parking space due to the steep and rocky terrain. This hotel has a small parking lot and we did not have problems with parking at the end of August, There is a small patch of land close to the hotel where one can park the car, but it will not last forever. If you came by plane and organized bus transport, this could not be a problem.

The only good part was the beach of the hotel and the restaurants nearby.

The hotel is big and there’s only ONE elevator that is really small and take ages to arrive and to come. On my last day I had to go downstairs with my suitcase and backpack for about 5 floors as the elevator hasn’t arrived after 20min of waiting. The breakfast is not good, the bread I ate seemed quite old. I booked a queen bed and received single mattresses that was terrible. During my stay I was woken up by the cleaning lady 3 times because even tough there’s a lock inside she simply has a way to access it by outside, there’s also no Do Not Disturb sign. The reception staff tends to no keep in their “office” quite a bit, several times there was no staff on the reception by the moments I pass through it. Also, there is no phone on the bedroom to call the reception desk. The parking lot also is terrible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarande international hotel and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and all the amenities you could ask for.However, what truly set my stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Areld. Whether it was providing local recommendations, helping with special requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory, Areld’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay.Thanks to Areld and the rest of the wonderful staff at Sarande international hotel, my visit was not just comfortable but truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Sarande

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Saranda International Hotel, and I can confidently say that my experience was fantastic! Everything about my stay was excellent, from the comfortable accommodations to the beautiful surroundings. A special thank you to the owner of the hotel for their invaluable guidance and warm hospitality. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options truly enhanced my visit and made it memorable. RAS except breakfast need to be improved.

The manager was rude, the security was bad and the bathroom smelt

The biggest problem with our stay is after the room was cleaned we came back to find the cleaner had left our ground floor balcony door completely open. There is no safe so all our important possessions, passport etc has been left in our room and could have all been stolen. The hotel staff said this is normal for them to allow air into the room and did not think it was a problem.The lady who appeared to be the hotel manager, dressed in her own clothes made me feel very unwelcome and I found her to be very rude. When we needed help with another guest as there had been a small parking accident she continued to talk behind my back to the other guest in Albanian and wouldn’t translate. When we needed help to call the police for a report she refused to help translate and told us to make the call ourselves.We were placed in the garden room which is actually the basement so all morning we were woken to the sound of the breakfast tables being arranged above. The biggest problem with our room was there was a terrible smell from the bathroom and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Breakfast is really ready good it has plenty off option's, . Kids enjoy all kinds off food .

For a family, the room would have been great if it was a bit bigger .

The hotel staff is really kind, breakfast is diverse and contained all kinds of food (sweets are amazing).Our room was kept clean during our stay and the balcony had a sea view.The location is great - supermarket, fast food and a couple of restaurants in a diameter of 50 meters, even the bus stop is really near.The beach is also great, not overwhelmed with people, the water is transparent and clean.

Breakfast was delicious, staff were kind and accommodating. Our room was a family room- 2 rooms with a door open inbetween and it was perfect!

When you showered the water would flow onto the bathroom floor. There was a drain in the middle of the floor to catch it, but if you were to use toilet floor would be wet.

Some items missing in the room like water heater.

-The beach club- the breakfast - the room is new and spacious - nice sea view

- elevator often broken, people got stuck on it- too expensive - customer is not the king- every time you take a shower the floor gets flooded- no place to store your toiletries - air conditioning didn’t work properly

Modern facilities, warm welcome from staff, close to beach, beach not overcrowded, good breakfast with halal options, staff always on hand to help, parking easily accessible, rooms very comfortable, good outdoor space in rooms, very close to shops and restaurants for daily needs

No beach towels available to borrow on beach, breakfast can be repetitive, drinking water should be available in rooms, beach should have more washing facilities, the draped sunbeds were €60 per day which was ridiculously priced.

The location, the room with sea view, the staff and even the bed was in top class.

Everything was great, but the coffee could be better.

Breakfast are somewhat limited, but still ok. The room was spacious and really clean. The balcony was big. The beach is really nice and clean, not too many people. Beach bar is good, although only cash is accepted.

Breakfast coffee is really bad and could definitely improve. Shower needs curtains or doors as the water leaks otherwise.

Cleaning in room and in the hotel, private beach, towels change every 2 days...Overall I recommend!

Everything was perfect, the room so cleaned and hthe position was amazing, near the beach, parking outside, restaurants all around. i will come back probably.

The room was big and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast rich and diverse.

A bit far from the center but we had the chance to stay fit by taking a 30 min walk to the port. The shower draining was not flawless but it did not cause any big disconfort.
