    • The balcony view over to Corfu was stunning both at night and in the day. This was a real highlight. The room was clean, was a good size and was modern and well equipped.

    • I loved everything about this hotel! It is just off of the main road and in a very good location on the corner of the shoreline. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as decent sized grocery store (Spar). When you arrive on the property, you pass through a beautiful patio before entering the lobby. There are many tables on the patio which serve as the outdoor seating for the provided breakfast, or drinks in the evening. Below the patio is a set of stairs that take you to the shore. The area is a bit rugged but still a very nice spot to access the water swimming or for sun bathing. The rooms themselves have a modern carded system for entry. The suite I was in (301) had a lots of outlets, with both sides of the bed featuring a big shelf with plugs and lighting controls. The TV is a good size (I didn’t turn it on), and there was a small refrigerator and secure safe for valuables. The bathroom was bright and had a window that opened to allow fresh air in. The fixtures were all very clean and worked very well. The shower had a rain type head and the hot water was excellent. The bathroom in my suite had beautiful tile everywhere and felt very luxurious. The rest of the room was just big enough and had a king sized bed. The air conditioning worked very well, which was important because it was very warm in Saranda (even in September). My balcony was fantastic! It had lots of room for a table and two chairs. The direction it faced was perfect. I had a great view of Saranda and Corfu. I spent lots of time on that balcony. Every morning I had a coffee there before breakfast began.I really enjoyed the breakfasts. The service began on time at 800am. Some of the food items (proteins) changed every other day, while others were feature everyday. The coffee was good and there was tea served as well. The staff was attentive and kept the food stocked well. The staff impressed me a lot. It seemed like a family run business and they did an excellent job of it.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast, although a plentiful buffet, was not of great quality, particularly the coffee and juice. Not awful and not great. The room door handle came off in my hand. As it was the first thing one touched, it gave a poor impression even though everything else worked ok. A minor thing really and it made us laugh! Although I know Albania runs mainly on cash, it would not be unreasonable for a hotel and restaurant of this size to take a card payment
    • I am finding it hard to think of something that I didn’t like about this property. Honestly, I like everything about it.
    • Some rooms face a close building with a very noisy pump system.

It did not look like the photos

No elevator walk up Staff was mean

    Pleasant

Accessibility to the beach. Pictures on booking made it look like they had a private area for sun bed and sea. That was infact the hotel next door.

Booked this for our annual girls trip. Just me and my girlfriend. We loved the location. Steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. The included breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly and accommodating! We booked this last minute and extended our stay!

    No complaints here!

    Room was newly renovated.

The place had nothing to offer for the price of the room. Even the beautiful view, you had to be in the right angle to see it.

Great location with private beach access. Extremely helpful staff. We had accidentally lost our luggage lock key and the night manager broke open the lock for us. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. You are within walking distance to port and staircase with access to main promenade along the shore.

Towels could have been cleaned better. Air conditioner didn’t work in one of the rooms.

The place has a very good location. It makes more quiet compared to the pedestrian area where most of the noise comes from. The rooms have a tall ceiling which makes them cooler compared to other places. I believe its a family run business, therefore the staff is very good and keen to help. Also the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was alright.

The place has no elevator so a bit of a problem if your room is located in the upper floors and you got big luggage (not our case). Rooms are a bit small in particular the shower cabin (I felt it as I am somewhat big).

Nice hosts, good atmosphere, beach on few steps, perfect view, rooms are very clean, food it's good, parking next to hotel, owner speak multi languages. Everything is close, markets, caffes, restorants, ferry port and couple beaches are in 50 meters round. Very cozy a quiet place for staying and rest. We will come back again certainly.

Lush green front porch, balcony view, location (away from crowd, close to grocery store).

Tended to hit my head on bathroom lighting (I'm 6'8").

Very hospitable and polite staff. Breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing!

    7YinaPosted on: 2-9-2025

The hotel is runned by a family. They are very warm and allow me to store my luggage for a while after checking out.The breakfast is relatively simpler during the off-season, but overall is satisfying.Beautiful sea view can been seen from the room.

The room can be cleaner. You have to ask if you need a kettle.

Excellent location right on the water front with access to the beach and within easy walking to the main promenade, restaurants, cafes and the port. Amazing views from the large balcony. Room was large, modern, clean and comfortable.
